Just lookeed at the reviews and was shocked more people did not use the kiwi stawberry!! It is the best flavor!!! Not too sweet but sure helps after a long day of sweating. I initially bought this for my husband bc he sweats so much during the day but have found it to help me as well. Have shared it with ithets as they come to work at the farm and everyone loves it and wants more! Had to put in this plug! Keep the kiwi strawberry!!!!

Great taste! I usually go running for 5 miles at around 7 mph and keep my heart rate around 150 bpm. I started to take BCAA before and after workouts. I didn’t feel huge difference for the first 3 days, but on the 4th day I realized that my heart rate didn’t go up as usual, and I was able to keep it around 135 bpm. Also, I usually felt a little fatigued after running since my running route has many ups and downs, but I think I feel less tired since I’ve started taking this BCAA. And as I said this product really has a great taste! The recommended take is 1 scoop for pre- and post-workout, which makes it 2 scoops per day. However, it’ll make you want to workout more because you’ll love this delicious orange taste:) I highly recommend it!
