Very warm, waterproof and dried quickly. My only issue is the lack of wrist strap for extra security on ski lifts. Dropped more than once out on the mountain. Came back with a few more scratches to the leather than I would have hoped. I don't know how long these would last (I only used them 5 times).

From the online product description I thought they were really mittens, but turns out they have gloves inside. This gives you the both the disadvantage of mittens (less dexterity), and the disadvantage of gloves (can't warm your fingers against each other, and much much harder to put back on when cold & wet than mittens)!I'm considering returning them.I find it very hard to buy *real* mittens these days - everyone seems to think we want these half and half disasters.

Lovely warm gloves, they lived up to their reviews and finally I have warm hands on cold days. I used the protecting wax that was provided to make sure they were waterproof too and leather protected.
