I purchased this because I really dislike eating salads lol. So this seemed to be a good substitute and honestly, the taste isn't the greatest but it's not bad either. Way better than having a salad in my opinion lol. I have this first thing every morning, so far so good! :)

Have not tried you but, I have read a lot about this product and looking for to trying
I take Yakult drink for a long time and trust their products. The Aojiru is very good quality.
