I’ve had my stagepass 600 now for a little over a year. I’m a solo acoustic act and am OCD about my sound and tone. (No really. I’ve lost friends and made plenty of enemies over controlling every detail). This system is capable of filling most any space with the music of a solo act and even a 3-4 piece. If you’re piping your bassists and drummer’s kit through it, maybe invest in a powered sub and manage expectations in regard to how how much and the quality of sound you’re able to generate but I’d put this unit up against any other in it’s class and output. I’ve even played water parks where the stage was above the “wave pool”. The wave machines are so loud and the acoustics of any water park is not ideal. I packed 4 times the gear I needed and even sound checked ... MoreI’ve had my stagepass 600 now for a little over a year. I’m a solo acoustic act and am OCD about my sound and tone. (No really. The FX are just enough and simplified to the point to where anyone can dial it in with relative ease and with little existing knowledge or experience in doing so. I’m looking to upgrade to Two turbo sound IP3000 Linear array units but I think I’ll hang on to my stage pass. It’s just so small and the clarity of sound is tough to beat.

I owned the older, lesser Yamaha SP-300. It served me well for over 15 years. The power failed and I moved to the 600BT and what an upgrade. Everything is a huge improvement. Obviously more power but also overall improved sound quality, with minimalist EQ and reverb that work exactly as they should. More controls and BlueTooth. What's not to like?

I love, love, love this PA system. I'm a gigging drummer that wanted to have a small PA system that I could use for home rehearsals / my electronic kit while still being able to pack up easily and use for actual gigs. The Yamaha STAGEPAS 600BT Portable 10-Channel PA System with Bluetooth checks off ALL the boxes. It sounds INCREDIBLE, is super easy to transport, and has all the power you'll need for a small band w/ vox. It's so portable, you can really set up and play anywhere. I've also added a couple of Yamaha DBR10's to use as monitors, and it's perfect. Added wins: feedback suppression and the bluetooth onboard are both wildly helpful. Cannot recommend this system enough!

Since I was upgrading from a StagePas 300 (half the power) it is giving the extra power that I needed so I didn't have to turn up the old to full volume and still not cut it. And the speakers can handle the low notes of a synthesizer with the new one without risk of damage. I added a plug in to a bass amp with subwoofer output and that helps to balance it even more. My only pickiness is that it is not as crystal clear as I would like (a bit of distortion but I don't expect any of these lesser priced systems, in general, to perform like the systems of the old days that had monster speaker systems and powerful amps with advanced mixers and EQ. Etc. But for the money, it's very good.
Has been bought to replace Stagepas 300, more powerfull, more plastic, no more metal to protect the buttons on the amplifier box.The amplifier box has plastic locks instead of metal to lock it into the speaker place, more easy to use, do not know how this will age ?Sound clear and powerfullA little annoying part: the procedure to switch off include first to power off the bluetooth BEFORE the main switch in order not to loss BT memory (user manual dixit)
Great PA for small venues. Robust equipment with superb sound quality. Blue tooth connection is very useful.Very neat how the mixer clips into the back of one speaker and the speaker and power cables fit into the conpartrment at the back of the other speaker. Truly portable, just have to carry the two speakers, and they are not too heavy compared to the bigger model Stagepas 600
I was pleasantly surprised at the power and clarity of the audio from this system. All the channel controls work great, and the effects options sound good. It's nice to have the bluetooth option and I appreciated the extra inputs and outputs, including the 1/8 inch stereo input and the monitor/sub woofer outs.I paired this system with the Yamaha NS-SW100 subwoofer and I'm really glad I did. If there is anything to complain about with the system, it is that the low end isn't as full as I would like it to be, but not unexpected in a smaller speaker. The sub filled it out really well and was easy to connect thanks to the dedicated subwoofer output.Bottom line, I feel as if I got really great value for the price!
We live in a small town and our circle of friends gets together every weekend for dinner, bbq, karaoke, dance nights.Bought this PA system to avoid having a DJ at our Halloween party and it exceeded expectations!! Powerful sound, easy setup, and it also serves our karaoke, guitar playing hobby!Store staff was fantastic advising us and showing pros and cons of various options.Sam Ash is for me what Disney world is for many kids: paradise on Earth :-)
We use this system for Karaoke Night at our one of locations. It is an easy to use, straightforward system. The big benefit is the Bluetooth capability so we can BT from our computer and cast directly into the PA system. We also own the STAGEPAS 400BT that we use at another location and it is an excellent system as well.
