Do not purchase. The pound key isn't recognized making it impossible to enter extensions in auto attendants that require you to hit the # key. Direct quote form Yealink's support desk. "Sorry to tell you that this is an issue that can't be fixed: The Yealink headset(MP50) interacts with Teams using the standard hid protocol, without definning the #. The Poly CX300 also has this issue".I now have 10 phones which dont work. Not sure how they are billed as Teams certified.
