I bought this camera to record Zoom meetings about a month ago. The picture provided and the automatic light adjustment are brilliant. The field of view is programmable from 120 degrees down to 90 degrees. Currently set to 120 degrees which is great. Within that frame there is electronic pan, tilt & zoom available. The software to allow access to those facilities is downloadable from the Yealink website. It works OK but is a bit clunky. Apparently there is a remote control available but I haven't found that yet. It would have been nice if Yealink had managed to devise a smartphone App that could link to the camera and control the EPTZ that way, as trying to use their camera control software on the same computer that I'm running a Zoom meeting has proved a little ... MoreI bought this camera to record Zoom meetings about a month ago. My Trainers reported that the setup was a little clunky and that the auto tracking was pretty ordinary and not all that accurate.Cheers,Benny

Great little device that does all it should without any issues. Great picture quality and I like the great wide angle. Detects persons and expands, zooms in on the present people if that function is enabled.
