The Yeezy Boost 350 Pirate Black (2022) made a welcome return when released in Spring 2023. It was one of the original colourways of the popular silhouette and has remained a favourite among fans since it first dropped in 2015. The minimalistic design is a textural delight due to the one-piece black and grey Primeknit upper that oozes comfort. There isn’t a touch of colour in sight beyond the contrasting red stitching on the handy pull tab at the heel. Adding further texture is the full-length Boost midsole in black that’s wrapped in a protective rubber cage, providing excellent impact protection and superior comfort. You’ll need to look hard to find a hint of branding, as only the Boost and adidas logos appear underfoot as stamps of quality.
