Returned exactly as advised and all information/documentation and supporting emails enclosed with both pairs in the original boxes and packaging. Only 1 item refunded 2 weeks later still. Second order placed for 3 pairs in the half size up, 2 not sent and 1 sent and still no refund on initial second pair
