YETI Rambler Cup Cap

I love this thing! This cap turned an already great Rambler bottle into a full-fledged thermos that keeps things hot for hours of hiking, skiing, ice fishing, you name it. The cap insulates well and doesn't leak, and the cup is every bit as heavy duty as the bottle itself. I'm very happy with this!

I've got the 18oz. rambler and have several tops for it (straw cap/standard/hotshot cap) and they're all great for their particular purposes. But I kept finding that when I wanted to pour coffee into a mug — either with the hotshot or no top at all — it was never a clean pour. ENTER THE CUP CAP. This thing pours smooth from either side and has ZERO drips. I was also pleasantly surprised by the insulated cup and it's perfectly grippable size. This top may not be ideal for every occasion — I still prefer my straw cap or just "going topless" ;) for water or cold beverages — but when it comes to pouring hot coffee into a cup/mug, this one wins. Hands down.

Bought this little guy to go along with my 18 oz Rambler for my morning coffee and afternoon tea. It's absolutely perfect! Keeps my drinks ripping hot and allows me to take small quantities out at a time to sip on. It was a fantastic purchase going into the cold months of the year!

Cap is very useful, makes the bottle more like a Stanley style flask for hot drinks. Means you can use one bottle for hot and cold, just by switching out the caps! I used it on my 36oz Rambler bottle. The cap itself feels chunky and heavier than other caps, but that seems to be the whole Yeti aesthetic. Insulation seems excellent, and the cup feels heavy duty and durable against drops and such. All in all, another quality product from Yeti and a great accessory purchase!
I wanted the 5 ounce cup because I wanted something smaller than the 10oz lowball that I carry for the same purpose--it fits under my espresso machine and is great for shots.Sadly when I received it I learned that it is entirely impossible to drink using the cap alone (without the cup--so for example, if you wanted to share your drink with a friend--the other individual has the cup) you *must* have a cup to pour into OR remove the cap entirely and lose heat faster. (To be fair I already felt like it wouldn't from the product images...but there's only one way to find out for sure, so I bought it anyway.)It would have been better if it were a Hot Shot cap with threads on the outside rim to hold the 5 ounce cup. The quality of the item itself is good (four stars) ... My current love for a very specific reason… I like that my drinks can cool off or return closer to room temperature in my work office. I also, grew up with these types of caps on my insulated bottles. This cap keeps its temperature far better than the other ones; however, this might be a personal antidote. It is also a TANK, the weight feels so good, its sooo well made. The largest negative to this cap is how you lose access to the handle. I’d recommend getting the Yeti Sling to go along with it.
It's an insulated cap with an insulated cup covering the cap. I will say that In the past with the haul cap I would jam the 10oz cup on to my 36oz bottle so same thing. It was astonishing to see that under the Texas sun all day my "sports drink" was still very cold and I never add ice. Hate the watered down taste, drink was only refrigerator cold to start.Usually all of the other yeti lids will have condensation because they're the weak point of the vacuum insulated bottle not this one!!!I bought this as a replacement to the chug cap for my 36oz bottle that I purchased when they were released, originally came with the haul cap... Now I have one on each of my 18oz bottles. Sure it doubles the price but it's WORTH IT!!!Yeti please release a copper elements ... MoreIt's an insulated cap with an insulated cup covering the cap. I bought as soon as I realized the 5oz cup cap was available. I use it to bring soup to work in my 18oz rambler. Keeps lunch breaks easy & quick. The cup is actually much heavier than I expected, and I like it because it prevents unforeseen dents. Thanks Yeti for a high quality bottle 5oz cup cap.
I am an Avid coffee, and tea drinker. I bought this here based off of the reviews. This here 5 ounce cup is amazing. I’d have to say this is a premium product. I am currently using it with the 18 ounce rambler, which originally came with a hotshot cap, which I happen to like. But this 5 ounce cup is top notch, and I absolutely love it and recommend it. This is a perfect companion/accessory for your 18 ounce rambler 26 ounce rambler or even 36 oz rambler. So if you’re on the fence about buying this product, don’t be, it is totally worth it. I’d even go as far as saying it’s a GameChanger.
I bought this in January and sent it back. This cap is too big and heavy. It is a real waste of resources. I bought it to go on a 64oz jug, but it is way too tall on my jug. The 64oz jug is the only Yeti product that I have. Would never buy another one of their cups or products. Way too heavy! I keep the jug for hot water while camping. Did not pay full price for it. The cup is a waste as it only holds 6 or less oz's. I think less. I'm waiting to get a response from Moosejaw on the return.
