I absolutely love YETI products. They are awesome. This 20oz tumbler was my first Yeti purchase. I bought two, one in the blue color shown in the product photo and one in sea foam/green which you can see in my photos. My personal opinion is that these are quite spendy for a cup but it is definitely worth the price tag. The quality is A+ I've had mine for over 5 years with no problems. They are insulated well....my coffee stays warm for several hours and my ice doesn't melt when I have a cold beverage in one. Other tumblers just don't compare. This particular version comes with a magnetic slide lid. Its great for on the go and stops spills and splashes. I work from home so I prefer the regular lid without the slider or anything to close the drinking hole. There is nothing wrong with either - both are great but I've attached a photo of the one I use daily without the magnetic slider simply because it is my favorite. I truly have no complaints - they work well and my family now has several of them.

It is rich, flavourful, and extremely enjoyable for anyone who loves coffee, especially black coffee drinkers like myself and my parents. Overall, a great product with a sleek and design that makes it a beautiful addition to anyone's kitchen.

Best Tumbler Ever

I first starting using Yeti a few years ago and I am so happy I found this brand. It keeps liquids hotter or colder longer than it's competitors. My daughter recently purchased a Yeti tumbler like mine and she was so happy that the top black part can be removed because it is only hooked on there by a magnet. I have 3 Yeti Tumblers yet I didn't even know about this, because I had never removed the black part that slides back and forth to enable you to put in a straw or just drink with the top on. This part never came off and I didn't know there was a magnet. I was able to remove it with no problem, but will all of my scrubbing it never fell off on it's own. This is another reason to love my Yeti Tumbler! You can clean every part, YAY!

Great deal; if only the product allowed for a Stronghold Lid

I stumbled on this product during a sale; registration and order confirmation experience were smooth. There was, however, a needless delay in transit that was rectified only after I called-so, that part of my shopping experience could've been better.Moving to the product itself, its a standard YETI tumbler, works as its supposed to, and its quite convenient to carry around. Please note this comes with the standard magslider lid. While still high quality, it would be convenient / nice if YETI offered the tumbler with stronghold lids too. There is no way to swap lids because of the way the products are designed.Worth the purchase regardless.

Lid options are good, but could be better

I ordered the Large Mag Slider Lid as an additional option for my new 35 oz Rambler. It's sometimes convenient to carry the cup without a straw when running around. The Rambler with this lid also fits better in one car's cupholder due to the limited height of where the cupholder sits. The straw fits better in another car's cupholder where height is not restricted. I will say both this lid and the straw lid are hard for me to remove as they both have rubber gaskets so once they're on, they're on snug which is what you want. But I deal with carpal tunnel. I'll have to see if Yeti makes a lid which screws on, but this lid and the straw lid both require some hand and wrist strength to remove them. I have to admit it's tough for me and hence the 4 stars.

Opening Leaks a Little, Otherwise Fine

Generally, I do like this product. I like the size, shape, color, heat/cold retention, and that it is dishwasher-safe. The top itself (where it is attached to the cup part) does not leak.Unfortunately, the opening for the liquid (for drinking) does leak. It hasn't really "spilled" at least, thanks to the shape of the lid catching the small amount of liquid. But the opening does seem designed this way, with only a plastic part clicking into place--nothing to really SEAL the opening from any liquid leaking out.Since it wasn't a defect, I didn't bother contacting customer service. I still use and like it. But take my rating with a grain of salt if that's a deal-breaker for you.

Their products are extremely well-made and they’re insulating value is outstanding. There are the products Stand up to outdoor use and travel and are very utilitarian. Unfortunately I have always felt that their Products are unnecessarily expensive. There are many similar products on the market that are less quality but more than Sweet their purposes. Again those are not quite as nicely manufactured but some are close enough to make the price point well worth purchasing. Yeti quality sets it apart

I never planned on purchasing a Yeti anything. I figured their products always seem to be top price and wasn't sure if their products really were that much different from other more expensive brands. After looking at this model there were three features which sold me. The first was the metal band at the bottom, I have a similar tumbler with a painted bottom in which the paint has worn off over time. Another like is that the seal on the drinking lid is magnetic, this provides a great seal but is also easier to open for someone with arthritis or bad thumbs, it slides very smoothly and easily without allowing liquid to leak when closed. There are a few reasons which would keep me from purchasing more Yeti products in the future.First of all, I am very pleased with the overall sturdiness of the container, it's a very durable container. I feel like my thermos will still be intact, even if it's just happened to drop it off the side of a cliff lol. I ordered it online so that way I could get the exact color that I was searching for. It looks fantastic, I love the way the container looks. I love that I can pour a drink into it the night before I go to sleep, and in the middle of the night, and even the next morning it is still cold.So the things that would probably prevent me from purchasing again. It needs to have some sort of texture to prevent this from happening, as the steel material it is fashioned from, is not slip resistant. For someone such as myself who has small hands, this is an actual issue, and not just a simple consumer complaint. The other issue I am having with my Yeti, is with the removable lid. The lid had a great look to it, however my issue is not with the look of it. It seems that often, when I place my lid tightly onto the top of the Yeti, it is leaking from the side and onto my shirt, when I tilt it towards my mouth to take a drink. I am sometimes able to remedy the issue, by removing the lid and turning it a bit, then placing it back onto the thermos. What I'm noticing, is that it is somehow loosening itself after I take a few drinks, it is already dripping down the side and onto my shirt, once again. I'm unable to place any other drinks inside the thermos besides water, because I'm always paranoid that my drink is going to pour out onto the shirt. There's really no reason for the lid to become loose by itself simply by drinking from it, unless you're attempting to remove the lid. Overall, I am enjoying the fact that I can have cold water at all times while I'm working, instead of having to rely on plastic water bottles, which only stay cold for a short time. However, seeing that Yeti is supposed to be one of the best brands out there, as far as durable drinkware goes, I'm not all that pleased with my purchase, and I do not see myself purchasing any more of the products unless I see some improvement in these two areas.
