Neverflat wheels are made from single-piece tire construction to handle any impact that may occur while on the go. For easy portability, lipgrip handles stay out of the way to make carrying hassle free. Fantastic Revision to the tundra/haul. This cooler holds the weight very well and balanced. I feel the depth and width is great. I believe if it was bigger it would be cumbersome, as this size is still manageable when lifting into your vehicle. I do enjoy the drain. Having used the cooler now for a few trips camping, I feel that the wheels should hold up pretty nice across different terrains. My one complaint would be that it is difficult to load once the cooler is off the ground and elevated, like in the back of your SUV or truck. The cooler likes to roll backwards as you kind of tilt it from lifting the lid to put things in. But definitely a manageable thing once you know to expect it.

I was very skeptical of the Roadie 60. The walls are much thinner than the traditional Yeti Tundras but I wanted the most storage with wheels. I debated between the Haul and the Roadie 60. The Haul seems way more robust, but the ability to stack or hang things on the handle of the Roadie while dragging it, and the increase capacity perked my interest. I also felt like they are not going to be making accessories for the Tundra, and they have already produced a good amount catered towards the Roadie series. I was a little uncertain as to sturdiness/longevity of the telescoping handle, but the 5 year warranty put me at ease. During my test, it was raining for weeks straight, so I kept it inside my house with very limited sun exposure through the window. My house stays at 70 degrees 24 hours a day. I did not pre chill the cooler, and I put 48lbs of ice into it (2 big bags from Costco). I checked on the ice once a day until it disappeared.THE ICE LASTED 9 WHOLE DAYS (216 hours). There was still a small amount of ice left. When I checked the ice approx 16 hours later, it was all melted, but the water was still 40 degrees.Thoroughly impressed with the Yeti Roadie 60. Increased capacity with a smaller footprint, and same fantastic Yeti ice retention capability.

I was hesitant to purchase a Yeti due to its hefty price tag and because there are lots of knock-offs out there with good ratings. But, was tired of all my ice melting after a day of boating so I splurged. This cooler is "huge", it's incredibly well built, has sturdy wheels, and it stays icy cold for days. But here is my best discovery...rather than using messy/melty ice, I've been using Cooler Shock Ice Packs (bought on amazon) and our drinks turn into slushies and clean-up is a breeze!! I do not get any kick-backs from the Cooler Shock people (pinky swear)- but now I don't dread cleaning out the cooler after a day on the water. My one criticism is that Yeti needs to make a wheeled cooler that is smaller (like a 30)- cuz it's not always practical to pack up this ... MoreI was hesitant to purchase a Yeti due to its hefty price tag and because there are lots of knock-offs out there with good ratings. Currently, Yeti wheeled coolers only come in 48 & 60 (which are huge).

I Love my new Roadie 60
6 September 2022

After having my previous "Tundra" cooler stolen from our campsite, I decided to get a cooler with wheels. I went with the "Roadie 60", giving me a little more room for items. This cooler has exceeded my expectations and works great. The wheels are very substantial and the raisable handle works great for my height (6'4"). In my opinion it is very well made and I would recommend this cooler highly. The few times I have used the cooler I have followed the Yeti instructions by putting some ice in before loading. This technique has worked very well for me, and has helped extend how long the ice lasts. In my opinion, Yeti coolers are some of the best made that you can get, making them highly coveted. My previous cooler was taken when I had the cable lock attached to my trailer, it was cut with bolt cutters. Learn from my mistake.

Perfectly sized and weighted wheeled cooler
2 October 2022

Great sized cooler that is much easier to lift into my SUV. This is a decent amount lighter than Yeti’s prior only-wheeled cooler. It is smaller, but it can still easily fit about 20-30 Gatorades/cans. The drain plug on the bottom is a big positive too because the smaller (but still slightly heavy) Roadie does not have a drain plug. I even tried strapping the Roadie to a small dollie—but it was a pain to pickup. This larger wheeled cooler is so much easier to lift than the dollie-strapped contraption I had and is perfectly sized bigger. I just wish that Yeti would stop making these “perfect” coolers always AFTER I already buy the first model….

Roadie 48 Is Perfect in Red
25 April 2023

I have had a Tundra Haul for a while now and wanted to get something that's a little more maneuverable at the ball games. This one is amazing! I love the collapsible handle and it's ability to store taller items vertically in the unit. I add a couple of cooler shocks to the bottom add my items and toss ice in there, and we are good for an entire weekend, without adding more ice! I love this thing. It's a great buy if you are in need for a cooler that you can maneuver around and still hold enough drinks for the entire team for the day.In addition, it fits perfectly under hard tonneau covers as long as you position it between the panels. It fits perfectly on the end of the last panel of my cover.

Roadie 60

I bought this cooler because I have back problems and after surgery, I decided to sell my tundra 65 due to the weight. This Roadie 60 is awesome! The are both of similar weight but the Roadie 60 feels like a feather when wheeled. The best part is that I will not need to lift it because is for the house and I have the perfect spot in our home for this cooler. I loved my tundra 65, which served me with flying colors. During hurricane Maria I lived in Puerto Rico and I was without power for nine months and without running water for two months. This cooler saved our lives. It was out fridge and the ice lasted around a week even though that it was super hot inside the house. The only reason I switched to the Roadie 60 was because of the wheels.

I bought this for my birthday gift to myself, to put in my van or car for short overnight trips, but the moment it arrived I knew it was much too big for my needs. You need a the Roadie 24 or a 30 on wheels. A few years ago I bought the Yeti Tote bag, also returned because that magnet vs. the zipper is horrible to keep it open to fill it, it just won't stay open and there is nothing you can do to keep it that way other than put a stick in it or something. I am very sad today. I suggest you add more specs to your specs such as how many gallons or quarts they hold inside to compare to other coolers that put that info in their specs. I am giving you 5 starts because I should have measured measured my ideal size crappy cooler on wheels to make sure the Yeti is similar, ... MoreI bought this for my birthday gift to myself, to put in my van or car for short overnight trips, but the moment it arrived I knew it was much too big for my needs. The cooler I’ve been waiting for!

Yeti makes quality products with exceptional thermal properties, but with that comes the weight. Even empty they aren’t the lightest, fully loaded is a 2-person job to even move on level ground. So happy this has been addressed with this sturdy, smooth retractable handle, with a wheeling method similar to travel luggage. It is easy to maneuver on level ground empty or full and has great built inside handles for lifting. The 60 does come with one dry basket, which I think is plenty to start with. The cooler also includes the redesigned lid latches with are easy to use and create a tight seal. The 60 also has a lot of capacity so I’d recommend the divider to allow for multi-purpose storage. I like having one side full of ice with drinks and the other with just a large ice pack for food storage that could get lost in the loose ice. As for the cup caddy, it’s a nice idea, but because this wheeled cooler tilts to be moved that could hinder its usefulness. As for the Lockport, I’ve only seen what was sent with the cooler, but as long as this doesn’t increase either dimension of the cooler, I think it could be a good accessory if that feature is needed. The well-engineered lit stays open even with the handle up. Also, the wheels extend past to body and handle to ensure the rear of the cooler and drain plug are protected. My only complaint is that it didn’t come out sooner, but happy we have it now!
