Doesn’t seem to work as well as the original with amino acids for some reason. It’s also kind of annoying that you have to take 5/day, which admittedly I haven’t done. I usually just take 3 so I don’t go through it as fast. Their original collagen calls for 3/day. At the time that seemed like a lot, but 5 is a just ridiculous. With that said, it definitely works better than other powder formulas I’ve tried. I would just recommend going with their original.

After asking questions here on Influenster, I decided to try Marine Collagen. I could not decide between the powder or supplements. I am excited to test out the benefits of collagen. I thought the tablets would be easier to consume. I was surprised to see how large these are and we are supposed to take 5 a day. It is difficult to swallow 1, much less 5! There is a “fishy” smell” that is to be expected, but stronger than I assumed. I will finish this bottle and then try the powder. I think mixing into a beverage will be a better option.

Marine collagen is definitely necessary for any organism. Especially if the age is over 35. The composition is good, there are vitamins A, C, E, B6, B12, Zinc, Selenium for better absorption of collagen and support of immunity. The quality is excellent. The ingredients are good. Young hairs on the head began to grow. The knee doesn't crunch anymore. The improvement in health is noticeable. The packaging is dark as it should be. For the best result, I think to take it on an ongoing basis. The benefits of taking this collagen are huge! Therefore, do not doubt the quality of this collagen. There will definitely be benefits.

I have bought these for myself and my mom as well, since I want to preserve my health, and my mom, who is 62 now, is having problems with her knee last few months. I find it great that this product contains marine collagen, which is great for the joints and also selenium, which is also great for tiredness. My mom already told me that she feels less pain in her knee, so I would recommend this to anyone after their 30-ties, for the joint stability and great skin as well!
I can really feel the difference in my knees, especially when I need to bring groceries to my apartment. When I started drinking this marine collagen I could easily carry heavy bags up the stairs without any knee pain. I really love this collagen
These seem to working well. I am in my early 40s and I definitely need extra collagen. I can see that my skin is more supple, nails are less brittle and hair is growing more after a month. I even noticed that my my grey hairs seem a little darker.... The only thing is that these pills are on the larger size and they are a little rough, not smooth. I take one by one carefully, and you can feel them going down. So, I would recommend them to people who are a bit uncomfortable taking big pills. I typically use collagen powders for my smoothies and I have tried gummies but I wanted something I could use a little more everyday. These tablets are quite big and a little hard to swallow for me. You also need to take 5 a day! Which seems like a lot to me and I have been working up to that to see if it makes any difference. I will use this until I am done and then decide if I want to go back to powders.
