However, I find the overall packaging of the bottle way too bulky and unnecessary excess plastic. The refill frosted glass bottle would of suffice and looks a lot more elegant on its own! After cleansing and toning I like to use a serum that penetrates and heals my skin as it does its work during my sleep and waking up to see the results is what I like to do for my nightly regime. On first application it feels quite tacky on the skin but eventually does go away and once you shake up the bottle emulsions combine as the liquid to oil seperates - I find the fragrance scent quite over powering which eventually became quite off putting for me. It didn’t irritate my skin too much but it meant I could only use it once or twice a week. There was a change in my skins texture, my skin became less dull and more smooth. After a month of trialing it I found the overall result was quite impressive, especially as my skin became brighter and I could see it had buffed away any dead skin and my skin became soft! I only wish it didn’t have parfum within the ingredients- it’s very unnecessary and defeats the power of the other great ingredients within this serum. The pricing for this serum is quite dear - being high end brand, I understand it’s usually quite costly but I don’t think I would repurchase it for myself. If you don’t mind fragrance and high price point, then definitely give this a try!

There was a little "fizz" on my skin - in a good way! - when I first applied it to raw skin, so I knew something was working. Trying the serum on it's own, as well as in the mix, I saw the same great results: my skin felt and looked smoother, and my face and neck had a glow first thing when I woke up. I also really liked that there was no greasy residue afterwards or had an unpleasant shine, plus the smell is really lovely. I probably wouldn't purchase this one again just yet, given I have quite youthful skin (I'm 25) and it didn't make enough of a difference for me to justify the price-point, however I imagine for older or more problematic skin, this would be a great product to recommend! When my fine lines start showing, I'll be back to this one quick smart!

The packaging was well presented however it was difficult to locate the instructions for use which I understand can seem quite small and it isn’t a big deal however if you are a first time user of serums and are not really sure how to use the product it would definitely be handy if the instructions were clearly printed on the actual product. I think I will continue to use the product where possible however I have also found products at a more affordable price range that are just as effective. Despite this I would recommend it to family and friends pending they are comfortable with things like the fragrance as I have found many people are opting for more natural products at the moment.

I thought the look of the packaging was very sleek and attractive to have on your bathroom vanity. The outer casing is made of acrylic, which is good for travel. There is then an inner glass 'vial' that can be twisted out and replaced with refills. The spout of the pump is almost non-existent however (only about 2mm long). I found it tricky to angle the spout into my fingers. Once you've used a fair amount of the product, it makes it difficult to get the pump to work as you're tipping the bottle sideways and it begins pumping air. This would not be the product for you if you do not like or can't tolerate fragrances, This is pretty close to wearing a perfume on your face. It has a masculine but fresh fragrance.

I love this guy SO MUCH! I initially got a small sample bottle in the advent calendar and it lasted me three weeks of use, every night - it doesn’t take much at all. I’ve noticed my pores are smaller, my skin is brighter and I’ve even reduced some lines that were starting to form on my forehead where I unintentionally lift my left brow, similar to The Rock, towards dubious statements and behaviour! I have just bought my first full bottle and can’t wait to see how it goes longer term. Also love the packaging and that you can buy the refills to replace empty product. Absolutely wonderful stuff…
