This YSL lipstick lasts a long time too, not all day, but then none of them do, especially when eating & it doesn’t bleed like some, it stays put. The case is absolutely beautiful & definitely an eye catcher. It’s sturdy & heavy too. As a bonus you can also use the case like a mirror for reapplying, so no need to cutter up a small purse with an extra mirror. I’ve recently switched back to regular lipsticks after buying into the hype of liquid lipsticks & found them to be extremely drying. This YSL lipstick is by far the best one I’ve tried & I will definitely buy more colors. Yes, the price is steep, but you won’t regret it, it’s an investment & will last three times as long as the lower priced brand because of the pigment & composition of it. As with most things these days you get what you pay for & I’ve found that especially in cosmetics the higher price is worth it.

Unlike many satin lipsticks, there isn't tackiness.
