A favourite morning cleanser for me. It has a thick, soft, cushiony texture that is so unique. It glides on so smoothly and allows for a lovely facial massage. Completely emulsifies to rinse clean. It doesn't foam or strip my dry skin. Smells very light and uplifting. My only gripe is I had issues with 2 subsequent orders having the product be a complete oil! That's not right at all. Quality control issues??

So many cleansers on the market like this without the price tag. It is a lovely gel to oil to milk cleanser removes spf make up and dirt effortlessly doesn’t strip the skin and smells beautiful but I’m not completely in love. It is pricey and there are other cleansers I’m obsessed with.

I am obsessed with cleansers and therefore buying another is always a joy however the product has to be a good one to justify adding to my ever-growing arsenal. This does not disappoint - the consistency is unlike other cleansers in that it sits somewhere between a balm and a gel. The fragrance is slighly lemony and has a vaguely medicinal quality to it and I tend to use it in the morning. The results are fantastic - brilliantly clean but also glowy and fresh.
Bought this when it first came out and have been unsing for a little while now. Removes make-up really easily and smells wonderful! Really feels like a cleansing treat to my skin and I love love love that once you add water after massaging it in it turns into a milk and removes super easily unlike so many oil and balm cleansers that definitely require a 2nd cleanse after! Love it especially after a night out, feels like all my skin sins were washed off!
I've been left gobsmacked by this product and moved to write my first ever review. This burnt my face . I'm stunned that a product like this can be on sale. I have normal unreactive skin in its mid 40s and I have never ever been subject to a response like this. Almost instantly my face was burning red and hot and blotchy and irritated. If it has happened to me then it will happen to other people. If you buy this, be prepared.
This is probably my favourite cleanser. Its the one I can rely on if my skin has reacted to something it is always calming and never causes me any irritation. The texture is like a gel oil blend, when water is added it turns more milky. It a very gentle, soft, soothing cleanser, really refreshing to use and never stripping. I have not tried it around my eyes as I always use a separate eye make up remover. It has the same subtle scent of Shiso like most Zelens products. I am never without this and would recommend it especially if you prefer a light, gentle, cleanser, that's quick and easy to use.
My skin can be a bit tricky, easily sensitised/ dehydrated but equally prone to spots and clogged pores. I have been using this cleanser every morning now for a few weeks, applying to dry skin and then removing with a hot cloth, and it is absolutely brilliant. My skin is clear, calm and plump. I would also happily use it as a second cleanse in the evening but I like the fact that it gives a bit of a barrier so really good for daytime. It has a subtle scent but not overpowering and washes away clean. Definitely my go-to cleanser now and well worth the money.
I love a cleansing balm, so having used everything from darphin and elemis to Eve Lom, I was a little surprised by this product. I wanted to love it, probably because of who's behind the brand but I'm not entirely sure... It's a thick gel that needs a lot of massage once on the skin to loosen it up. Once water is added, it turns to a light liquid and washes away easily. It's not unpleasant, although I would avoid the eye area. Skin is left feeling clean but nothing exceptional. i get better results from Sarah Chapman.

I have a very reactive, acne-prone skin, easily dehydrated, easily congested - and a wrong cleanser results in breakouts very quickly. I absolutely love this product. I use it as the second step of cleansing - after a hydrophilic oil (I wear SPF daily and apply waterproof makeup), and I like to remove it with a hot muslin cloth. This balm easily melts all the dirt and grime in my pores and makes my skin feel amazing. It leaves a protective film, my skin doesn't feel squeaky-clean, but if you're acne-prone, it's a good thing, you don't want to wash off that barrier.
