Great family tent, saves having to attach a gazebo. I’ve moved to this tent after having the Coleman 6p North Star. I would say the setup and pack-up take about the same time - maybe faster with the setup. The tent it’s self is quite heavy so either needs two people or someone strong. Overall it’s a great looking tent.

I really like this tent. We've upgraded our kit from a steel poles tent to this air beam tent. I can honestly say, it's been a good decision. The quality of the tent is very good.The tent isn't gigantic like other air poled tents but it's sufficiently big enough for our family of 4 & 1 or 2 additional guests.There are plenty of storage pockets, which is always handy & the darkened bed pods are excellent. All tents need darkened bed pods as standard.It's an excellent feature that you can enclose the front canopy with an awning wall. We did this & used that additional space as our kitchen & "wet room" area.I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Great Family Tent

I love this tent. It is big and bulky but once sent up it is extremely comfortable for my family of five, extremely water proof and super solid in windy conditions. I have purchased the front awning as well which provide plenty of protected space for our camp kitchen. Perfect for extended stay camping where you are not planning on moving every day.

Great family tent

I bought this for a recent camping trip for my family of 5 and found it excellent in size and ease of setup given the size. The air struts are quick to inflate and really save a lot of hassle and time. The sleeping compartment blocks a lot of light and keeps it noticeably warmer than the rest of the tent and set up in 2 rooms for parents and kids worked well. Trim is really well done with plenty of windows and vents and more tie-downs than you'll ever need. Note it's rather heavy so needs a bit of muscle to get it in/on the car and I'd recommend screw type pegs if you're expecting windy conditions.

Great tent and service

Our family of 5 love this tent. So much space, love the dark multi-room inner for helping the kids sleep, and so easy for me to put and up pull down on my own. We moved sites a bunch over summer but setting the tent up and pulling it down was the easy part (did it 3 times in one day... eesh). Happy with the quality of the tent. Some things to be aware of though: The tent is absolutely huge - and we had a little trouble squeezing it onto some of the smaller sites on our private campsite due to it's length. Perfect for DOC sites where you don't have defined sites. Also on my third pitching of this tent, I was pulling on the front corner peg strap to apply tension for pegging as per instructions, and the peg strap stitching broke off. No concerns with quality though, when we were out at the beach we had a Pukeko trap itself between the bug proof mesh and the internal window cover - who knows how long it was in there but it's big feet didn't put any holes or rips in the mesh or the window cover which was pretty amazing.

How good is this tent

Best tent we've owned hands down. Super easy to pitch and then to pack up. It held up in rain and wind over a long Easter camping trip with no dramas. It is absolutely huge, but in saying so it negates the need for a gazebo so if you take that into consideration it's actually more efficient from both a ground space and boot space perspective. Plenty of height for tall campers - you should have no issues standing up in this.

We have just come back from three weeks camping in New Zealand and loved our new tent. No issues at all and didn't need to adjust the air pressure. We had also brought the roof and found this great keeping the tent lovely and cool during the hot days.Lots of space comfortable sleeping our family of four with lots of space to move around.
