This light is even better than I thought it would be. It seems quite small to hold but the light is warm and bright - hanging from the tent it’s just like being at home. It’s incredibly lightweight and durable. It also glows so you can easily find it to turn it on in the dark.

These are brilliant. Not only do they put out a good amount of light even in a large shelter, they also glow in the dark so are easy to spot if you come back from an after dark walk or wake up during the night. The soft plastic design also gives it lots of protection for any drops or it's knocked whilst travelling. Also double up as a power bank to charge other USB devices. So good I bought 2 so have one each for the tent and shelter.

It's a wonderful idea and anyone who camps a lot knows how annoying it can be to get table top lighting for cards and similar. This one can rest on top of the table to stop that annoying in your eyes blinding light and its a warm white too which is pleasant. However the first use the battery lasted a long time but not I notice it goes flat very fast which is annoying. If it wasn't for that I'd give it 5 stars.

We just love this lantern! So much so we bought a second one for our shelter plus the smaller hangdome for the bedroom too. When hanging it lights a tent space really well, especially as the light shines down rather than just out like many other hanging lanterns. Being able to adjust the amount of light it emits is great with multiple settings. We charged it once before leaving and it lasted us a week - might have gone longer but we headed for home before it needed another charge. The glow in the dark material its made of makes it easy to locate when its off plus as it is soft it doesnt hurt if you do whack your head on it!! The only thing that would make this better would be a remote so you could turn it off and on from bed. Other wise its pretty darn great as is.
Great camping light. The three different brightness settings are great as is the glow in the dark feature when initially turned off. Battery lasted us ages. The hanging string and hook is perfect to hang up on the tent and the soft dome shape works well when sat on a flat or not so flat surface. Would highly recommend.
We've used this several times both tent camping/hiking and car camping/overlanding. It's sturdy, lightweight and really useful. USB rechargeable is great as well as doubling as a battery bank. It last for days, we used it over a 4 night trip and it never got below 50% battery level with multiple hours of use each night. The soft, glowing outer is great, the glow lasts for ages and the flexible rubber 'skirt' makes it more durable in your car or pack (or if you bump your head in the tent). This replaced 3 items (our tent light, our table lantern and our backup power bank) and is better and brighter than either old light. Highly recommended.
The lights are superb - I have two of them - but the hanging hooks break off all too easily. One hook came away within a few days, the other hook took two weeks before it too broke off from the hanging wire. Both lights now hang from the white flex that's knotted onto loops in the tent.
These Megadome lights are amazing! They are really bright and when you have 2 of them on full hanging from the roof, it completely lights up an Aerobase 3 Pro shelter which is a big space. For tents, one Megadome is more than sufficient. Love the different light settings and that you can charge your android products off the Megadome. Highly recommend!
Was a great light while it lasted. The built in glow in the dark feature was quite a good addition. Little bit over 1 year later (and maybe used 6-7 times) and it no longer charges. I actually found it stopped holding its charge longer than a couple weeks after about 6 months or so. Should've returned it then, but wasn't worth the effort.
We bought two sizes of those lights and are very happy with both. They stay charge for long and they are easy to charge just with an usb cable. We use the bigger one in living area and gazebo and have to say - it is very pleasant lighting (some other lights get very sharp into your eyes in the evening). The best feature on both - when you walk around them and hit them with your head, it doesn't hurt as they are made from soft materials :) Love it!
