I've been using Zero Water pitchers for years. The original version produced great water but had issues, like a push-button switch that caused pain due to my arthritis. The new model, with a flip-on, flip-off switch, is much better. The original's tightly fitting filter screw made it hard to remove for cleaning or replacement, but the new design is easy to handle. Overall, Zero Water pitchers have upgraded from zero stars in design to at least a 6-star rating on a 1 to 5 scale in my opinion! The water quality has always been a consistent 6 stars for me!

I absolutely adore this idea of testing the water before consumption. If only I hadn’t received faulty filters. I purchased replacement filters ($60 for 4), but they were all the same. These filters are NOT cheap, and this tank takes 2. For areas where water is bad, this will be extremely costly if you consume a lot of water. My TDS levels in my area were 242, which means the filters need replacing after only 15/20 gallons. My family consume that amount weekly.. (cooking, drinking) so this would not be cost effective for my family. The seals on these filters needs a redo. Each one I used (6 in total) had a poor seal. Despite inserting them correctly, they leaked water through them. Easy to assemble, easy to dispense. I love the large size so I do not have to refill it as often. The water tastes great and I especially love using it for certain appliances (coffee pot, electronic kettle, steamer, etc.) Using the zero water really cuts back on how often I need to descale them. It has a TDS sensor attached to the spout for effortless testing. Slight downfall is that you do need patience when refilling. With a stage 5 filter the water passes through quite slowly. I find myself filling it with a pitcher, and having to come back multiple times over a course of 10 minutes. But I absolutely think it's worth the wait! I was given this product free from Influenster for my honest opinion.

I received this water filtration dispenser free from Influenster for an honest review of the system. I really like this water dispenser! I used the meter on various water sources in our house and the ZeroWater filtered water was lowest - in some instance quite drastically. The dispenser is quick to dispense water and I use it daily to fill our coffee maker, water cups, etc. The filtration system is quick to filter the water as well. I would recommend this large dispenser if you have room on your counters! It is large but extremely functional and useful! It would not fit in my refrigerator therefore it was used on my counter. Great product!

Great capacity and stand.

I love this filter and dispenser. The filters do a great job with our well water that our kids didn't like to drink before. My goal was to get rid of bottled water and get more control over what we are drinking and this has allowed us to do that. I especially like the stand that elevates the tank, and the upper portion will hold a large pitcher of water to filter while you're doing something else. It also has a sliding door on top to pour in unfiltered water so that you don't have to remove the whole lid, which is a nice design feature.My only complaint would be that I wish the stand was slightly taller to accommodate taller cups, but we keep a cup beside the dispenser to top off our drinks or travel mugs.

Highly disappointed and frustrated with purchase

I have purchased zerowater dispenser along with 2 filters and have been using for 60 days. Within 60 days of usage the filtered water is giving rotten meat smell. In Normal tap water I'm not getting that smell, but when it goes through zero water Culligan filter I'm getting this rotten meat smell.keeping lot of trust on this device I have ordered additional filters for this device but its not lasting longer even for 30 days. If that is the case I can simply purchase a 5 gallon water jug instead of this which gives more value for the purchase.Its Really frustrating and I'm highly disappointed with purchase.

I absolutely love this water filter.

I bought the largest water filter they have and I absolutely love it. You can tell the water is fresh and clean and you’re not getting all the nasty stuff most people have in their water. I love the filters, they work so good plus the water checker if part of the outside so you don’t have to look for it’s attached so you check your water anytime you’d like. Clean water water water will stop kidneys from getting stones plus the kidneys from getting infected. If you check your tap water you’ll find so much junk then test your filtered water it will shock you how different it is.

What's great about this is that it removes everything from your water. No more dissolved solids, just water. Tastes great to me. Putting this together was easy. Some reviews said to fill a bit, let the filter run, and then finish filling. I didn't think I needed to, but I did just in case. I like how this has a base, so I don't have to slide the spigot over the edge of the counter or shelf to dispense. No leakage anywhere on the unit. This unit has a gauge to let you know when to change the filter, but I think in some smaller ones you have to buy the gauge separately. Zero means Zero but this is a 5 Star!!!

This arrived a day ago and I am beyond impressed! The packaging is secure and the directions are extremely easy. I washed and dried as instructed. Set up was a breeze. I tested my tap water and was astonished and sickened that it was 121ppm. My water from a filter in my fridge surprisingly, was 105ppm. And once water was filtered through the Zero Water, 000!!!! Mind you, it was room temperature but the taste is wonderfully light. I feel like this will improve our quality of life! The tank is big enough to fill our water bottles, pots for cooking and even pet water bowls! I plan on adding a little sea salt for mineral sake but I am so glad a friend recommended this to me!!! I paid full price but it is worth it. I also bought two extra filters to have on hand.
