Overall this is a good value if you like using mattress pads.

We are trying to get a refund. The topper was not as cushy as I had hoped and made the bed a good bit warmer. The way the foam compressed it took a long time to decompress, leaving me feeling like there was a crater in the mattress when I changed positions in the night.Also of note: returns are not simple.
