Amazing mattress, I’ve never gotten such a good nights sleep before. The unboxing and unpacking of the mattress was so easy that I was able to do it myself (the box was shockingly small to hold such a big item). After removing the plastic, I was able to take a nice nap on it after 2 hrs when they say it takes up to 72 to puff up. My nap was so good I slept right through my alarm lol. And I’m usually a hot sleeper but the cooling gel was refreshing and kept me from waking up feeling sweaty and groggy (you know what I’m talking about) and it cradled me in all the right places but still provided support. I highly recommend this mattress to anyone who wants a great value for a great product, especially in this economy

I purchased the Zinus 12-inch Green Tea Essential Memory Foam Mattress on Walmart and couldn’t be happier with my purchase!The mattress arrived within a few days and was expertly packaged.I simply unboxed, unrolled and the mattress expanded to its full 12” height pretty much immediately, we still waited 72-hour timeframe that was directed in the package for the corners to recover fully. Firmness wise, i'll say it's medium soft. i strongly recommend it to anyone who's looking for great night sleep without breaking the bank.

This mattress is so stiff and uncomfortable, even after 3 months, it is still SO uncomfortable. Body pain guaranteed. It never even expand completely. It's still at 6". Even after we left it, untouched, for 5 days, on the floor, to expand after opening. And Cooling??? This mattress does NOT breath, at all. We don't know where the cooling part comes in, but we have been/are so uncomfortable hot every night since we got this. Even in the winter (21°), This mattress does not breathe and had us kicking our blankets off of us. Definitely not memory foam, Definitely not cooling, and not comfortable, at all. Unfortunately, the mattress LOOKS just fine on its own. It's when it's in use that's the problem, and a mattress is made to be used.VERY disappointed in both the product and in Zinus.
I’ve now owned this mattress for about 5 years (bought in 2018). Initially it was a great mattress if you like memory foam. It was comfortable and I did rotate the mattress every 6 months or so. I am now going to replace it. Even with rotating the mattress there are permanent dips in the mattress from sleeping on it so it’s no longer comfortable and now it makes me run extremely hot. For a mattress under $300 this is a great buy and I’m happy it lasted 5 years. If you’re looking for longevity you’ll have to get something more expensive but this did the job for me at the time!

I originally bought a queen size and it was the best mattress ever. I had a foolish idea to upgrade to a king so I ordered the exact same mattress but in a king size. Unfortunately, this mattress was not the same. It was extremely firm and it would create divots were I laid and it would be hard to roll out of them. After fighting with Zones for a year, they finally replaced the mattress free of charge. I was thinking that would fix everything, but the replacement was even worse. I don’t understand how each mattress can be different. Unfortunately I will needing to buy a new mattress again.

After just a few weeks I could tell something was off and my body was making an indention that wasn’t bouncing back up during the day. I switched sides of the bed thinking it would puff back up on the other side, but then I just made another indention. It became so bad that I couldn’t roll out of the “Grand Canyon” of a hole in the bed while I was sleeping. I bought this at the end of August and it is now January.
