Very happy with this box mattress. Good price, reasonable delivery time. I have bad arthritis and have less morning aches/pain. Like sleeping on a cloud. Took me a bit of getting used to the softer mattress sides but all good.

Extremely comfortable and supportive. Great quality. Was considering purchasing the 30cm mattress but no need to. Purchsed for our 10yo son. He loves it. Definitely recommend.

It's really firm, but has a nice soft squishy gel feeling top.First couple of nights was hard to sleep but woke up without sore back, and now I sleep like a baby and look forward to sleeping. Previously I woke up with a sore back from a too soft mattress, this super firm mattress was life changing.

Very frustrated experience. I have a back problem and spent a long time to look for a firm mattress. This one discribs very clear says It's firm. BUT it's not at all. Even most softest mattress I have met.This really upset me a lot and long time.
Comfortable (firm) and does not collapse at the edge. After searching for many months for a foam-plus-spring firm mattress that is on the thin side of standard (25cm) I settled on this one. I found that it had good reviews on the web, and the price on T&W was very competitive. It arrived quickly, as per the description, and was simple to unwrap and place on the bed. The only thing that I would change next time, in the distant future, is to buy the same type of product in a slimmer form. Note: I like firm mattresses and this is firm, if firm is not your preferred feel then it may not suit.
