Try to take a quick nap on this mattress at your own risk. You'll be qaking up 8 hours later ready to accomplish everything you already slept through. This is undeniably the most stable, comfortable, optimally dense bed I have ever used in my life (compared to ANYTHING I've ever slept on, ANYTHING).I should have bought the king size. As long as Zinus' is in business, and their product stays at this quality, for these reasonable prices, I will not look anywhere else, or suggest any other company for future bed purchases.

Upon receiving our mattress, we allowed it three days to decompress. The initial inspection showed that it had definitely acquired the 12" thickness, however the edges remained rounded in certain areas. Less than a month and you can already see a depression in the mattress where our bodies lay while we sleep. The center of the mattress is already showing a high ridge. We like Mattress Firm, have bought from them in the past, but I feel as though we have purchased a poorly constructed product.

The mattress is quite alright! Positives: It arrived quickly, the directions for setting it up were clear, and sleeping on one's side is super comfortable. (I used to get bad back pain from sleeping on my side if I didn't use like four pillows between my legs; with this mattress, I do not need any body pillow(s) at all and I wake up pain free!) I originally bought a queen size and it was the best mattress ever. I had a foolish idea to upgrade to a king so I ordered the exact same mattress but in a king size. Unfortunately, this mattress was not the same. It was extremely firm and it would create divots were I laid and it would be hard to roll out of them. After fighting with Zones for a year, they finally replaced the mattress free of charge. I was thinking that would fix everything, but the replacement was even worse. I don’t understand how each mattress can be different. Unfortunately I will needing to buy a new mattress again.

This mattress was exactly what I was looking for. However, I definitely wish more instructions/details were included in the instructions about how to get it to completely rise. It stated that you simply wait 48 hours and it will reach 8 inches, but that wasn't true. I waited 4 days and my mattress was still at 6 inches and stopped expanding. I researched the brand website and finally found that the trick to full height expansion is STEAM! I took my steamer to it and it started to grow! I won't lie, I spent a solid 30 minutes steaming the edges and corners because it was very misshapen. After steaming, it expanded fully and was a normal shape. I just wish the directions would have said that from the beginning!

After just a few weeks I could tell something was off and my body was making an indention that wasn’t bouncing back up during the day. There is no point to give any dtar on this produkt. In the begining the mattress seems to be okay. But after couple off weeks it is getting worse and worse. Both of us start to expierience back issues and have to get a manual massage for the pain. When we lying on this mattress it goes deeper and we feel like each of us has a whole underneath and one side is lower another higher. It is horrible. All night We can nit find a proper position on it. 30 days past and no return is possible and I hope this matrees has any guarantees which we can go with that issues.
