So far, so good. The package arrived on time with a tear/dent in the cardboard but pieces with not damaged. It was a fairly easy assembly. All of the screws fit and aligned well with the other pieces. The package provided the appropriate tools to get the job done. The metal bars that go across horizontally were thinner than I thought and have poorly applied stickers to them. I am not sure what the point of that was. However, overall it looks nice for what I needed it for: a guest bedroom that is hardly used.

Honestly, I have no complaints! The mattress is super comfortable and the exact amount of firmness/plushness I was after and it is so thick!The bed frame is such a great one! So much space underneath and big enough that I can slide my big suitcase underneath it. Building it was extremely smooth and while I recommend having someone there to help out, it is manageable for just one person. The tool it comes with to tighten the bolts is super handy! It is very sturdy and no creaking whatsoever. The only downside is one of the bolts was malformed so it was a little difficult to screw in!

The product itself was well-designed and made, with the frame connecting perfectly at all points. The bolts fit nicely into the holes created and there wasn't any squeaking or shifting when we laid our mattress down on the frame.The only con(s) I would say is that the weight of the top frame doesn't sit into the base at the corners (like an "L" shape)--instead it aligns like a "T" and the weight of the frame is on the bolts. Additionally, the bars that are in the middle supporting make it so that you cannot fit a storage container all the way through under the bed. It only allows a container to fit about halfway before hitting the support pole. This wasn't a huge deal for us though, as we realize this is so the bed will be more supportive as whole.Overall, this product seems very durable and well-made. I would highly recommend this product!!!

I got this on May of 2021 and had this bed frame for almost 3 years, the frame has great support enough that a box spring is not needed but honestly recommended. In the first year it was great and no issues, considering I used to sleep alone and it would only hold my body weight. The second year, after taking it apart moving into a new apartment and now sharing the bed with my boyfriend adding more weight, the bed started to become slightly more flimsy (we are an average body weight me being 170, him 190) overtime no matter how much it was tightened, entering into the almost 3 year mark one of the little holder legs was bent and I had to throw it out, so if you are a lone sleeper and are looking for decent quality for a few years this frame is for you.

I am loving this bed frame. This is only my second night sleeping on it, but so far no creaking or wobbling. My 6” mattress does not slide off the frame. It was quick and easy to build by myself (30 year old female with no physical disabilities). There is plenty of storage space under the bed. The frame has a beautiful minimalist look to it. I could not be happier with this purchase.

Love it. Had to get something simple and small to fit in our new place.Super simple to build, comes with all hardware and tools needed. Even a little ratchet to make things go faster! And the slats simply snap into place. Haven’t had any issues with noise, is sturdy.I could maybe see issues eventually with mattress movement as the sticky strips do peel off pretty easy, but no problems thus far (and my big dog likes to jump on and off the bed).Also, plenty of room for storage under the bed and no stubbed toes from the single pole supports since they’re tucked in! It’s perfect!

Affordable & Easy to assemble

I ordered this bed online on the Monday and it arrived on the Wednesday, so I was very surprised and happy with the quick shipping. Bed is exactly as pictured and instructions were easy to follow (just follow the number system shown in the included booklet). It was easy to assemble on my own, I just used a small stool to hold up the other end when needed. The included ratchet tool was super handy and much easier to use than the standard Allen key (also included). It comes with spare bolts as well. Very happy with the ease of delivery and assembly. It looks as though it will be easy to take apart as I move often. A great affordable bed frame with ample space underneath; I measure 32cm clearance so will be useful for storing boxes underneath.

The Zinus bed was neatly packed and was delivered quickly. The enclosed ratchet is good tool to keep and the bed is straightforward to put together. It took under ten minutes, with two people. The Quick Lock description in the title is accurate. The slats click into place in cut-out slots in the side rails. We found it was best to set a slat into position on both side of the bed, just notched in the cut out, before pushing the slat down to lock in place. If you lock one side of the slat in place, then try to fit the other side, it needs a bit of muscling to get the second side to lock. The frame doesn’t squeak, is lightweight but feels sturdy, and the side legs are cleverly tucked in from the edge which means no stubbed toes. Great value

Fantastic value for money.Looks sleek and minimal. Sturdy materials and super easy instructions with a really cool assembly tool included. The only small concern is that there is no lip to hold the mattress in place. This has been combatted with a sticker type application which I believe is only a very temporary solution to prevent the mattress from sliding. Overall though I love this frame.
