Yes, this matresss is icoil (individual coil). One side moving and partner's other side not knowingly of the motion. Firmness is soft and good, estimated around 7/10. Everything is good except can feel the side coil. Hopefully next improved version can cover the side coil. Good👍👍👍👍👍

This mattress is not 30cm thick. Its WAY TOO THIN you can feel the floor. Even though this mattress is great quality its just too thin. The only reason I didnt return them was we needed them desperately over Christmas. I have many zinus mattresses they are thick and amazing quality. This mattress doesn't deserve to be called a zinus.

Only just received a few days ago. After letting the mattress decompress for over 3 days - as per instructions - and installing it on a brand new bed frame, I'm a bit disappointed in the lack of firmness for a mattress sold as "firm". It's unfortunately quite soft. The quality seems however good and the packaging was very convenient to carry upstairs.
Also another pleasant surprise from Zinus. I am really happy with my mattress. It's definitely on the medium firmness, for me it's perfect since there's just enough softness without either sinking or feeling like the bed is too hard.Also looks really good. Highly recommend it.
