This bedframe looks even better than I'd imagined. The instructions for putting it together were excellent - both written and each piece also having letters printed on sections which had to be joined together. An included ratchet Allen Key was terrific too.

Really happy with the product and service.The low profile of the bed really fits our room and aesthetic without blocking any of the view out our apartment windows. The construction was super simple and really sturdy. I would recommend this bed to anyone who thinks they would like it.

Strong and sturdy with clean lines and great tall height. Has 1 support post underneath but it is well hidden and doesn't distract from the overall design of the bed.. I have not had an issue with the mattress sliding around at all. Great instructions and the tools needed to assemble are supplied as well.

I just got my Zinus Suzanne Platforma Bed today in the Gray Wash color (which looks a little more brown than gray to me, but I like it anyway). I got it in a full size and so far, no complaints. It’s super silent and really durable. Thank you Zinus for making such an awesome product!
Bed is great. Very structurally sound.I want to talk about the wrench that comes with to put the bed together. I have built many a furniture, each one supplied with the same Allen wrench. Half of the furniture at more than one pesky screw that you would spend too much time finagling with just to tighten them! THIS wrench that was provided to me to erect my newest addition to the bedroom family is nothing shy of genius.First off- it’s a ratchet! No pulling out and putting back in to get a quarter twist on the screw. Also it has a solid handle, very easy to establish a firm grip for vigorous wrenchin’. Lastly, the craftsmanship of said ratchet Allen wrench is that of a masterpiece... for a free tool they give you to put your stuff together!! So in conclusion: bed ... MoreBed is great. Love it! We used screw adhesive when assembling and no squeaks so far! For reference, we got the king size, I'm 130 lbs and my SO is 210 lbs. I was worried about the mattress sliding off because there aren't any side rails but the adhesive included does a wonderful job of keeping it on there.
Such a well made bed and extremely easy to assemble. Bed is so well designed, everything fit and all the holes lined up great. The bed also came with a good quality ratchet spanner which is so handy to have. Lastly they added a friendly little message in the package which you don't see often. 5 stars.
Loving this platform bed frame....it’s simple yet modern, super solid and heavy duty. But even better is the Zinus mattress that sits on top of the frame!! Oh..my..goodness. This mattress is heaven...in every way, on every level. I’m in love with it....no, seriously, I’m completely in love with it and would recommend it to anyone who likes PLUSH, but not too plush....SUPPORTIVE at every pressure point but not hard or firm....I would call it....PERFECT! And yes, the frame is cool, but the mattress is beyond amazing....never mind the crazy low price point! Buy it!
I was able to build this frame myself in about 20 minutes - and I am a small woman who can't put anything together! Honestly the best design I have ever seen. All tools are included and directions are very clear. The hardest part was getting the frame upstairs (I had to unpack in downstairs and carry it up piece by piece). I heartily recommend this product.
When bed arrived, the frame itself look alright, but it literally did not have any hardware with it (no bolts, washer, anything); not even the instructions. When I contacted customer support (twice), I just wanted them to ship it out since it's rather disappointing to have a huge frame take up your place. Not only was it not resolved, they just passed the bucket and said their "elevate" it with another team; claim it take 24-48 hours, it's been 6 days. Just buy from Amazon and save yourself the headache
