I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review.I've been using ziplovk baggies since they started making them. They are sturdy and easy to zip closed as well as open. 60 come in the larger box. The plastic is sturdy and there are just so many uses for them beyond food storage. I've used them to organize and store things, filled them with water to freeze for ice and cooler packs. they are great in the car to hold wet clothes and wash clothes. I fill them with dog food when I travel and pack them flat. Gallon size is the size i use for food most often. I keep prepped raw veggies in them for easy and fresh access. Ziplock brand makes a superior product.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review.The best part about these bags is the closure. They are very snappy, so there's no question about whether or not you sealed it. I do like the idea of being able to stand the bag up and fill it with a liquid or anything, really. But filling with a liquid is risky once you get it half full. Anything over halfway, and you might be cleaning up a spilled over bag. My only real complaint is that the perforated box doesn't open well/cleanly. I found myself trying to finish opening the box (so it wouldn't look so jagged) with a pair of scissors. As expected, I lost a bag by cutting into it with the scissors... even though I was super careful. Overall it's a good product and a great idea.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I tried the Ziploc freezer quart bags. They are about a medium size at about 7" x 7". I like the thickness of the bag which assures me that it will be fine in the freezer. The new stay open design and stand-up bottom is wonderful for filling up the bag by myself. The zip top is not the slider type but it's the press and seal type. The bag seals very well though because of the good quality seal points and I feel confident that nothing will spill out. Overall these are good freezer bags to have on hand to store medium quantity items in the freezer.

The opening was basically destroyed by me trying to get it open.The bags themselves are sturdy and strong. I normally buy a generic slide lock type so I was glad to try something name brand and different. They do stand up, probably would be handy for berries being added.I put some pork roast in one and put it in the freezer. The double seal made me feel good about it not leaking.Time will tell if the smoky bbq smell is held inside or can be smelled in the freezer.

I like the way it stays open for easy filling. The new zipper gripping technology is really nice. I still haven't figured out the texture on the bottom. It is very different. But in the instructions, it doesn't explain why it's like that. However, in reading the instructions, it is the first time I've ever seen that you can hand wash and dry Ziploc's as long as you're not putting raw meat or fish in them. Not only are they great for protecting food from freezer burn when freezing but they have so many other uses. Some of my favorite uses are to use them for marinating raw meat. I find they are great for travel. I keep them in my suitcase and always end up using them. They keep my toiletries and other small items together and protect my clothes in the event of toiletries leaking. The kids use them for their treasure collections. We end up with Ziploc gallon freezer bags with seashells or special rocks. Use your imagination and their usefulness is endless.
I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. Not all bags are created equal! These Zyploc Freezer Gallon bags make preparing foods for the freezer a breeze. The Grip 'n Seal technology features a textured, gridded band just above the double seal, allowing you to easily manipulate closing the bag -- even with hands that may be wet from working around food or while managing a good amount of food packaged within the gallon-size bag. Even more impressive is the design of the bag's base which has hash markings which allow for the bag to naturally sit and remain open as it's being filled. Once I had begun to fill the bag, the bag sat propped with the mid and upper section of the bag propped for easy access. Highly recommend!
I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review.I've used many different brands of ziplock style bags but no other brand can compare to quality of Ziploc. These bags just seem more durable and you can just feel the amazing quality of Ziploc's patented sealing "zip" every time you open or close it. Truly, no other brand I've ever used comes close to effectively replicating the silky smooth feel of zipping one of these bags shut nor do they ever feel as secure once the seal is actually closed. My only gripe with them are how expensive they are so they're not really worth using in "dispose after utilizing" scenarios but if you want a ziplock bag that lasts which you can rely on to stay sealed, I definitely recommend these.
