I used this company because they offer FIBER laser engraving which I find produces greater detail (as apposed to Co2). I had a photo engraved onto a matte green zippo and it turned out awesome. The website does have a preview feature but your final product will have much better resolution. Engraving photos is tricky, you need a high quality photo to start with. If your image is blown out, or low pixels, it won't engrave well and isn't the machine/company's fault. In this case I sent a very well balanced photo (lighting, contrast) and it came out perfect.So you get out what you put in. I have had Admirals, Ronsons, a vintage Japanese butane, and a wide variety of Zippos including table top, full size, slim, and pipe versions over time.. But in 45 years of smoking a pipe and the occasional good cigar, I have always preferred the standard full size Zippo to carry on my person. For some 30 years I used the same matte OD full size that I carried in the military. I recently retired "Mr. Zippo" (he is a Mr., because I have so much respect for him!) and replaced him with the above lighter. Still the same high quality and reliability of my past Zippos (most were lost or stolen) and durable enough for everyday carry and use for decades. I am well pleased with this new model, as it is exactly the same construction as my Mr. Zippo of 1970's vintage.
