I am so excited about my Zojirushi Home Bakery Maestro bread maker! I’ve wanted one for a long time. It comes with a liquid measuring cup and a measuring tool. My machine makes perfect bread due to all the wonderful features. I love the Auto Add Dispense feature for bread add ons. Please see enclosed instruction booklet for safe add ons. I can even program my bread maker for medium or dark crust. My husband likes dark but the girls like a medium crust. The baking pan is removable for easy bread access and washing. The programmable features are as easy as pushing a button. It has timer, cycle, time setting and start buttons. Also on the panel are cancel, course and crust control buttons. There’s also beeping alert tones or silent mode. I love the colorful step by step recipe booklet. I found this very helpful. My goal is to make every single recipe and see which one is the favorite. The white bread recipe is delicious! I highly recommend this bread maker. You will love it as much as I do!

I really wanted to like this bread maker. The size is perfect and sits on the counter very well. I’m able to store it when it’s not in use and it doesn’t take up much room in the cabinet. It has many different setting and is easy to navigate the buttons. I like the white color…matches a lot of my decor. That’s all I like about it though. I couldn’t get this bread machine to bake a single loaf of break. I tried a couple times with the recipes in the book that came with it but the dough would never cook. I followed every instruction and no matter what I did I couldn’t get this to make a loaf of bread. Or even cook anything at all. I then had to research if this machine even bakes the dough.
