NEW for 2021: The Zone3 vision has come a long way. In its latest edition it presents itself as a highly elastic wetsuit with moderate buoyancy, developed for triathletes whose first priority when choosing a wetsuit is not buoyancy but freedom of movement. The new Vision of Zone3 is made of Yamamoto #39, is fully coated and therefore a full-fledged and very fast wetsuit for training and competition. The design is based on the high-end wetsuits from Zone3. The cut is unmistakable and here too it quickly becomes clear why the Vision is so elastic. A shoulder-to-shoulder panel provides the freedom of movement that you usually don't find in this price range. The Vision's buoyancy is moderate, making it the ideal wetsuit for triathletes in general and for triathletes whose water position is not too deep. The buoyancy of the women's model is again significantly reduced compared to the men's model.

My Vanquish wetsuit started coming apart after a 1/4 mile swim! Ribbing, details, logos/text began peeling away immediately after my first swim.I sent a photo of it to Zone 3 and reply was "this will not affect performance, anything else I can do for you?." So much for Zone 3 acknowledging poor workmanship, and for selling a 'premium' wetsuit retailing at $800.00 that begins to look like a tattered mess after one swim... what does it say about the construction of the wetsuit itself? Zone 3 will only post 5-star reviews of their wetsuits, so any bad reviews will not show on their website.

Bought this wetsuit as I wanted a new full sleeve wetsuit. I had a full sleeve by another brand that was not comfortable I felt like I was being strangled. So initially I bought a sleeveless zone3 (which I would also highly recommend) however in the colder weather I needed a full sleeve.I was worried about feeling restricted due to being used to a sleeveless, I needn’t of worried. The single panel and thinness of the wetsuit across shoulders and arms provided fantastic range of movement whilst providing the warmth I was seeking. The neckline sits nicely in my collarbone so no feeling of being strangled.Brilliant wetsuit yet again zone3 have delivered. Would highly recommend!

I also own the Vanquish, which I now use as a race-only wetsuit, after experiencing the Vision. This incredible suit, from a fit perspective, is on par with the vanquish, super comfortable and flexibility is outstanding. True to size fitting too, if you are on the cusp between two sizes, then dropping to the smaller size is ok with the neoprene being thinner than most suits at this level. Allows for a balanced effortless stroke in the water, which also does not leave the arms or shoulders fatigued. There are no negatives to this suit and is perfect for both racing and training alike, for those who want that premium suit at a price that also sits more comfortable with the bank balance. I highly recommend this suit.

After some research but in a time when trying on a wetsuit was impossible, I bought an earlier version of the Vision (great deal) and crossed my fingers that I had got the sizing correct. The charts and reviews were helpful. I am just under 5'10", 134lbs and bought the ST which fits like a glove! Once it left the warehouse it shipped quickly to BC, Canada. There are not many wetsuits made in a tall fit so this is very much appreciated! I am new to wetsuit swimming although I'm an experienced swimmer and swim outdoors (lake and ocean) most of the summer. This suit feels fantastic in the water with just the right amount of buoyancy (not too much in the wrong places), and has great flexibility. I tested out a number of Zone 3s new 2022 wetsuit range over the course of a day in the water. This wetsuit was the best of the day without a hesitation. For those looking for high quality and willing to invest a bit more then this suit is for you. Movement in the water and glide is fantastic, flexibility throughout my stroke rotation and kick was awesome. A bit pricier but the quality speaks for itself. The cuff detail was a nice little feminine feature too.
Bought this wetsuit after a palava trying to fit and find comfort in various other brands. This was bought to replace my old Orca S3 which was 7 years old and got me through several standard distances and my first 70.3. After lots of shopping around and reading various reviews i decided to take the plunge with this Zone 3 Vision. I initally ordered a HUUB Axiom direct from HUUB and despite it being superb quality i just couldnt get on with the breakaway zipper they use. So i bough the Vision instead. First impressions were good, a really cool looking suit with some nice branding, design and colours. I was happy. I tried it on and found it suprisingly easy to get on, the HUUB was a nightmare, this was so much easier and didnt require any help from anyone. I tried it on and found it suprisingly easy to get on, the HUUB was a nightmare, this was so much easier and didnt require any help from anyone. I was careful to not tear or mark the suit with nails etc. Once on it felt great, snug but comfy and shoulder flex felt good. For reference i am 186cm tall, weight 83kg and have a chest of 39". I was advised direct from zone 3 to buy a Large which i did initially from another company but it just didnt feel right, it was too big. I Ordered an ML from Sigma on their advice and it was perfect. I would definitely say size down if you are border line on sizes. So to the pool i went for my first play about, easy to get on in a cubicle on my own so thumbs up there. In the water, initially was nice, warm (ok so pools are nice) but there was no initial water ingress and it stayed that way. This to me says the fit was spot on and there wasnt much of ingress around the neck line, which btw was comfy and left me no red marks and that was without glide or vaseline. After 3k i can say i was pretty impressed with the suit, it was buoyant where it said it would be and left me feeling nice and streamlined in the water. Initially the shoulders didnt feel as flexible as they were being made out to be but i soon got into my stride and this felt ok. I made a slight bump with one of the lane breaks and on closer inspection this left a small tear in my left shoulder, i can reiterate enough that this was a very small bump and was dissappointed that the suit couldnt handle it. This is the reason i am giving this 4 starts. It is a great suit and great value for money in the sale at £175, but it lacks the durability i was expecting for a suit worth £250.
I’ve previously (very occasionally) worn a blue seventy entry level wetsuit that is now a good few years old, and the difference between that one and this is incredible. This is a definite upgrade! This is MUCH easier to get on and needs minimal readjustments. The neck is so much more comfortable and doesn’t seem restrictive when swimming.I was unsure of sizing because I’m a uk 10/12 but 5’11” tall. I followed the size guide and ordered a Large. It’s fine. It feels like more of a comfort fit that a performance fit but that might be because my other wetsuit I’ve been used to using is so tight (uncomfortably so). Having said that, once I stood to exit the water a lot of sea water escaped from the suit, so it probably could have been tighter. In terms of the feel when ... MoreI’ve previously (very occasionally) worn a blue seventy entry level wetsuit that is now a good few years old, and the difference between that one and this is incredible. Not restrictive or uncomfortable, just very comfy.
I bought this wetsuit as I was looking for something thin I could wear between seasons. I have a sleeveless wetsuit I enjoy swimming in during the summer but in April/May and October/November my arms get a bit chilly on longer swims. I liked the sound of this wetsuit with the eco material choices, this was a big sell for me. The colour is very feminine and subtle which I liked. Most brands do very bold colours which is great for visibility but I always swim with a tow float so visibility on a wetsuit for me is not a criteria I need. The material was a lot thinner than I expected. This isn't a bad thing as it made is very stretchy. A couple of tweaks I would personally make if I was to redesign the suit. (1) the neckline at the back is too high and should I wish to swim breakstroke or look up it could become uncomfortable after some time (2) velcro tip on the pull cord. It flaps about and it would be good if i could be tucked away. All in all a great suit. Very stretchy tummy so good for winter weight gain.
The suit is excellent and I'm very happy with it except for one thing. The Zip. Most zips I've come across have like a U shape so that the slide(handle as such) can be moved from the inside to the outside. The zip on this suit only allows the slide to be used probably on the outside. The problem is when removing your wetsuit the non flexible slide is catching the delicate material and causing tears just above the bum in the suit. I've spoken to 2 others who swim in my location and they have the same problem with the zipper catching the material when removing the suit. I've tried to be as careful as possible but still it happens. Think my next step is to duct tape over the slide of the zipper. Help Zone 3
A nicely made wetsuit, and very well finished. However, I eventually decided to upgrade to a Vanquish suit, like my old one.Aqua Swim Supplies we’re very accommodating with my change, and the returns procedure was simplicity itself.I would like to thank Debbie in particular for her help and advice. I shall be very happy to highly recommend Aqua Swim Supplies.
