Love the size of the item! Having 4 people being able to listen while recording is awesome!! Plus having extra volume knobs works great!
I purchased this to go with my Zoom H6 Handy recorder to monitor live podcast production on multiple headphones.The amp has a very noticeable hiss, even at low levels.After much troubleshooting (swapping input devices, cables and headphones), it is indeed the amplifier. It's not destructive to the recording but is very annoying compared to the clarity of just using an analog splitter from the zoom H6 headphone port.It is nice to have control of individual levels, but with the added background noise, I'm definitely still in the market for another headphone amplifier.
I got this to use in the field, being battery operated is great. I haven’t had any problems with hiss. I also use a power block to run it.
would of liked 1/4 inch jack inputs !,but worked fine !
