I finally found a beautiful set of pots and pans. I have been using for over a year now. I love the Ceramic Coating on these pans. They cook so well. The lids are very high quality and have a vent feature built into them. I love the see though glass lids to. The pots have a pour edge on them. I have been using for over a year and the Stainless Steel still looks like brand new. I keep my pots and pans on display in the kitchen because they look so good. I now buy these for weddings, Birthdays and Christmas because they are so high quality.

My husband and I chose this set to replace our Calphalon three years ago. We couldn't be more pleased. We only handwash and never use anything but nylon, rubber, or wood utensils in them. I have actually yelled at all my kids when they have started to use ANY metal utensil in them or even tossed metal utensils in them if they are in the sink to wash. We have never had an issue with food sticking and the coating inside looks brand new. It is the responsibility of the owner to care properly for their purchase; that is why the company provides care instructions with the set.

I had to buy a pan set that would work on my new Induction stove top 25 months ago.These pans are what I chose and I LOVE them. They are my everyday pans, and they are still in near-perfect shape. I never put them in the dishwasher, use only non-scratch utensils and NEVER tap my utensils on the lip of the pans, though sometimes I catch myself wanting to, it's a habit set in most cooks brain to do this without thinking. Anyway, I'm careful not to abuse my pans and they are in great condition, no visible wear, just a little staining on the outside of the pan from spills which I could remove if wanted, but I don't care. As an experienced chef I know how to treat cookware so food is cooked deliciously and with this set making meals is a dream. Whether cooking salmon and sautéing garlic and onions or mushrooms it's now so easy with almost no oil needed for that purpose. Remember to treat all cookware carefully such as never use high heat (it's never needed just heat the pan with moderate heat first), never use the dishwasher (the strong chemicals in dishwashers somehow destroy all cookware), cleaning the ceramic surface use only something like Scotch-Brite Non-scratch scrub sponge and dish soap. The larger pans, oven safe, are ideal for small roasts for a family of 4 to 6. Recommend you also buy silicone spatulas, stirrers, and pancake flipping tools. The silicone will go along way to keeping this set in like new condition. I love this set and hope you do as well.

Heavy duty without taking massive muscle to hold a pan, even with one hand. Ceramic coating is truly a nonstick surface, allowing less use of oil and butter. I have had the 6â frying pan for 3-4 years now and you canât even tell which is the old one and which is the new, unless I tell you. I do wish the set included 4qt sauce pan. So another purchase along with 12â fry pan will be completed, soon. Happy cooking
I've been using this set for 2 years now. I treat them with the highest level of care and alwayyyys wash gently with a soft sponge. I am a vegetarian so I can't attest to how well meat cooks in these. Cooking everything else has been so much fun BUT like others have said, if you're not gentle with them the coating WILL start to flake off. I don't stack mine without a pot/pan silicone stacking flower thing. I don't dare to use metal utensils and I don't overheat the pans. After all of these precautions, I have some of the coating scratched off on the rims (due to other people helping put away pans after dinner and they scraped the rims from the cabinetry or by stacking in the sink...oh the horror!!!). Coating from the rims is scratched off in some places 3. It's caused me to be overly OCD with my pots/pans and I can't live like this anymore.

It is 3-ply, all clad SS with a thick aluminum core so the pan heats quickly and evenly. The ceramic non-stick surface is the âhealthy, natural option and is very durable. It will hold up to all tools, but will show the wear if scraped with metal. Like for all non-stick surfaces, keep aerosol cooking sprays and low-smoke point oils away. I do use olive, peanut corn, grapeseed, canola, coconut oils & butter though. No smoking hot cooking if you want longevity. Plus they have comfortable handles that donât hot on the stove. A lip on the rim so that thereâs no drip down the side. Really good value.
We finally decided to get rid of our non stick pots and pans. This came out as the winner. I love the weight and feel of the handles. Cooking has been great. However our smallest pot was recently used and we noticed some flaking on the finish. We have used the small pot a handful of times. We also only use plastic or wooden utensils. I guess we will see how well the warranty is.
