I love my new scale! No batteries however the charger cord connector end that plugs into a computer is old school and won’t fit into my computer which I just bought. Need to update that immediately or offer two versions of the charging cable. Also the unit was not charged when I pulled out the tab! What is the tab for if the product is not recharged prior to shipment? That said the scale is sleek and works well once charged. Had to borrow someone else’s older computer to charge! Be aware when buying that you will have to buy an adapter if you have a new computer.

We bought this weigh scale to replace one that we had been using for years. What a difference. It is accurate, quick to read, and simple to operate. It looks amazing - love how the display disappears when the unit is turned off, and also, that the weighing surface is glass, for hygiene and ease of cleaning. Couldn’t ask any more from this excellent product.

I really like this scale as it is fairly easy to use, its lightweight and its accurate when it comes to its weighing. The only thing I would change is to put the henckels stamp on the opposite end of the scale from where it's at because out of habit I always try to turn on the scale on the end that it is stamped on and always get frustrated when it won't turn on. I think it would be helpful having it on the end you turn it on at...otherwise, this scale does it all very well and I must add that it holds a charge for quite awhile which is very helpful. Definitely recommended this device for sure!
I really like this scale. It's has a very nice Sleek modern design that is very appealing. Easy to use. My only cons are that it turns on and off when you don't want it to because the button is easy to hit. Or when you want it to turn off it won't turn off. And sometimes it's difficult to switch it from grams to ounces and stay that way. Because it wants to default back to whatever the default is.
I’ve only used it for two days but by looks and quality alone, this is the Porsche of kitchen scales. It’s very sleek and I love the rose edges. You can tell this is way better than your average $15-$20 Amazon scale because of the weight (it’s not heavy but more substantial). It’s also a good size, not small but not too big. One issue I’ve had so far, is it didn’t register in grams when I weighed feta this morning but I think it was user error. The other issue is it doesn’t register 1 gram, it skips to 2 grams. It’s not that big of a deal but if you need it for that exact weight, then this won’t work for you.
I really enjoy using this scale! It is lightweight, portable, and doesn’t take much space in my kitchen, which I really appreciate! Also, comes with a charger and can be charged quickly for immediate use! It is also very intuitive, as I didn’t have to use the manual to figure out how to weigh the ingredients in their container. Super easy cleanup. I will say the scale is very sensitive, so in terms of getting accurate measurements this does the job! I used it for making pizza dough and it helped me make sure I had the accurate measurements of flour, yeast, and water ratios! All in all, this product is a must have in the kitchen!!
Having had issues with non repeatability and extreme inaccuracy with other brands I’m pleased to find a scales that is actually usable! Pretty quick response to it too and doesn’t hunt around.This will work for my baking needs, salt and such other small quantities like those will need to be measured on a smaller scales. But that was expected to be the case. I have a small digital balance for that and only that.This scales is very easy to read. And I like that there’s no physical buttons for stuff to get into and jam or otherwise annoy me because there’s no way to get in there and clean. It’s very very easy to clean. A quick wipe down gets it all! I love how sleek looking it is and easy to clean. It’s very accurate and I love that it is capable of measuring different modes, as well as a fairy large weight for its relatively compact design. My only negative is that you have to lift the entire scale to switch modes. It’s a little annoying if you have flour etc. on your hands but it’s not a big deal in comparison to how it performs. I use this scale regularly because I am a professional cake decorator so accuracy and cleanliness is definitely very important to me.
A beautifully designed product that is easy to use. The readout is easy in any light, and it seems very precise. The power button can be slightly finicky, but love that it’s not a physical switch. I was surprised that the charging cable is USB-A to USB-C, would prefer all USB-C. Overall a solid product.
