We are so bc lad we registered for this set on our wedding registry. The set is excellent and I love that there are only 5 items that fit into the slots because we can add our own preferred knives to this set! Great knives. This brand is so reliable and good.

Great for first time cooks, second homes, vacation rental units. Chef's knife and paring knife will get anyone through the cooking basics. I like the sculpted handle on the Signature line. Feels good in most hands. Edge holds well. Hone them every time you use them and you will be very happy. Add a bread knife and a slicing knife.

Ive just started cooking for real. I wanted some great knives while not getting overwhelmed. The German steel and construction give me great confidence in what I am preparing. This set gives me the knives i need for a great start but the block also leaves some open slots to grow my collection when I feel ready. Im glad I chose this model. The knives are very light, very sharp and the handles are very comfortable.
Overall really high quality great knives however there’s fewer of them than I expected in the set. Only 3 actual knives, one scissors, knife block, and knife sharpener rod. Would have expected more for the price.
I’ve used the knives from costco for the past years. Always willing to get Zwilling’s knives and wanted to wait until Black friday to come. However I was not pleasant to cook with the costco knives and just got the new ones from Zwilling. These knives and scissors work amazingly and I love them soooo much. These make my cooking time more pleasant! Thanks

This was the perfect starter set for my son's new apartment. Includes a chef, serrated and paring, plus shears and honing steel. What more could you need? There are empty slots so he can add more as needed. It has proven to be sharp. Made in Germany so I feel like the quality is good too.
