I had been on the look out for white sneakers. I thought I had finally found them. I had read previous reviews to order down as they are big. Typically wear a 7.5 wide. I was indecisive if I should order a 7 or a 6.5. Took a chance and ordered a 6.5. The shoes finally came and was so eager to try them on. They fit! Walked around a few times in the house with them on. They were comfortable! No complaints. I couldn’t wait to wear them. I finally wore them out to run errands (target, kohls and Costco trip) and let me tell you after about 2 hours I could not wait to get home and take them off! The cushion in the sole seemed non existent as this point. The holes where the laces start were now digging into the top of my foot. Maybe my feet are too thick? I have been wearing Stan Smith since the 80s when they were leather. The last pair I was able to purchase that were leather was three years ago in France. Amazing shoes!! Now they ARE NOT leather and the difference is night and day as far as comfort and they squeak when I walk. I thought maybe it was just that pair so I bought another and they are the same. I called the company some months ago to see if there was anyplace in the country I could still purchase leather Stan Smith and was told no.

OMG I've been searching for a few years for a closed toe shoe that fits my little duck paddle feet lol I'm really picky about styles and these are the only cute ones that have a wide enough toe box for my size 6.5 feet. Reviews said they run really large, so I got my normal size 6.5 as well as a size 6. The 6.5 felt a lot better and I couldn't believe they were wide enough! Especially because Adidas are always too narrow. I haven't had to buy an actual wide size shoe before but usually need to wear flip-flops for my feet to be really comfortable. Or Uggs or something stretchable like that. Other reviews said these Stan Smiths made their feet look like clown shoes, and I could see how that could happen with a size 9 or something, but at 6.5 even if it looks an inch ... MoreOMG I've been searching for a few years for a closed toe shoe that fits my little duck paddle feet lol I'm really picky about styles and these are the only cute ones that have a wide enough toe box for my size 6.5 feet. I think that's why the toe box is wide enough. It doesn't feel too big though. Even if the heel slips a little, it's still feels great and comfortable. Not a worrisome annoying kind of slip. Overall I'm so extremely happy with the fit and style of these! They're well made with good quality materials and my search is finally over! :-)

I recommend it.

I am not a lover of sneakers but I like this one. They are classic and gives you the simple but beautiful touch you are looking for…. I wear a size 7 and a half but sometimes 8 depends on the shoe. With this shoe you have to lower the size because they run big I had to change it for a 6 and a half. They were cute and I looked beautiful. Now I want the ones with blue on the back. Ps. —> This size is for women, I don't know how it fits for men.

Runs a whole size too big.
29 July 2022

Sending these back but not because I don't I love them. Other than sizing they are what I have been looking for. For sizing reference, I normally wear a size 8 in regular shoes and an 8.5 in athletic shoes like Nike and Asics. In Adidas I always take my regular size 8, so that's what I ordered, but they are too big. The 7.5 is not in stock, so I am hoping it'll restock soon, because I think I would really like these sneakers for daily wear. They seem comfortable and exactly I have been wanting in a daily sneaker. If you can try these in store, I suggest doing so. I don't have a Nordy nearby, so that was not an option for me, unfortunately.

UGH! These are no longer made of leather!
25 January 2023

These iconic shoes have been around since 1965 and have always been made with genuine leather. Why would Adidas change the well loved Stan Smith to vegan leather! This is an inferior product, yet still charging $100 for vegan leather. I paid less than this 3 yrs ago for my pair in genuine leather. Because I wanted another pair and I refuse to wear shoes that won’t allow your feet to breathe or mold to your feet, I had to resort to searching for a pair on eBay. I really hope they’ll see what a terrible mistake this was and go back to making these as they had always been for decades in leather. This might not be a concern to everyone but I truly believe in “If it ain’t broke don’t fix it!!”

Unfortunate Quality Control
17 May 2023

I have been on a quest for simple white leather sneakers. Saw these Adidas and was excited to try them. I just got them this afternoon and they look nice! Problem is that the insoles don't fit the shoes. I bought a size 10 - the insole in the right shoe is about an inch and a half too short. The left is an inch or so too short. I can't rate the fit because I can't get past the deep ridge between the insole and the toe of the shoe. I'm super disappointed by Adidas' poor quality control.

Unwearable due to tongue length/stiffness
14 November 2023

This is about the Off White/ Beige/ Silver version. The tongue is soooo stiff and so long as to make these unwearable. Like the tongue is literally jabbing into your foot. I even measured it and the tongue extends a whole inch past the edge of the shoe. I honestly don't know they are still selling this version (bc my last pair of sam smith's weren't like this at all). I can only speculate that maybe different colors are different in this regard. IDK, but at any rate immediate return for me, these feel awful just trying on to walk to the mirror, there's no way I could go about my day in them. The only upside is stylistically they are cute.

Would not buy again.
7 June 2023

I bought because I loved the look. Other than that I would not buy these again. First the sizing is all wrong. Waaay too big. I think they are doing men’s sizing for women. I got a size 9 and had to change to a size 8 and they are still too big! I probably needed a 7.5. I never wear a 7.5 shoe. Ever! The sizing is so wrong. So a whole size and half difference is a big problem. Also they are not comfortable. The soles have no cushion and no arch. I wish I could return them but I’ve already been wearing them hoping they would get better with wear. 😔

comfortable shoe
5 April 2023

This shoe does run slightly larger. My normal size is 8.5 and I purchased an 8 based on reviews. The 8 fits however I’m thinking I could also wear a 7 1/2 because I still had a little room at the toe. The tongue on the shoe is slightly longer so you can see the image, which is no issue for me. I purchased the white/pink shoe and it fits comfortably. I removed one star due to the cushion inside the shoe being slightly loose upon arrival, but I decided to keep the order. Very cute!
