I really liked the shoe and the color and purpose was for travel walking shoe that would go with dresses and jeans. However, the tongue of the shoe was stiff and it hurt so I returned. In my case they were not ready to wear right out of the box.

While this shoe is great looking and versatile , these shoes will sadly have to be returned. The Primegreen recycled material is stiff and squeaky when you walk. Also the sizing needs to be improved for women- the size 7 was too snug in the toe box ; the size 7.5 had the toe box room but then the shoe was too long. On a positive note, Nordstrom was great to work with.

I bought these to play tennis in but have been wearing them to do everything from walking the dog to working out! They are very comfortable but run slightly big. I removed the insoles and swapped them out for thicker Dr. Scholls insoles that worked perfectly for me. Really enjoying them and love the pink accent color!
I ordered the white/core white leather Stan Smith sneaker, and I normally wear a size 7.5. After reading the reviews, I warily ordered a size 6.5 and I am so glad I did! They fit PERFECTLY -- snug but with a comfortable enough room to stretch. Highly recommend -- these are very sharp looking.
I absolutely love this pair! Comfy, stylish, and goes great with almost any casual outfit. The only complaint I have is it runs B-I-G. Since this style and color sells out so quickly, after I read the reviews from others, I didn't want to run into the risk of not able to get the right pair that fits me, I ordered 6.5M and 6M, I am usually a 7M. Turned out that I needed size down by 1 whole size to 6M. So a word of advice: when in doubt, order 1/2 to 1 whole size up or down. By the way, I think the inner sole of the shoes is a bit on the hard side. I probably will get a pair of sole insert to make it more comfy for long walk.
Great classic shoe. Prompt delivery.However I am very disappointed with sizing. Yes I sized a full size down and it was still a bit big. Upon inspection of the shoe and box, it is actually a men's shoe when the page clearly says womens. No wonder the shoe seemed off even if it is just a tiny bit big on me. I understand Stan Smiths are unisex but the fact that Nordstrom labels it as women's is very misleading. I ordered a half size down from another department store and it fits much better.
Sending these back but not because I don't I love them. Other than sizing they are what I have been looking for. For sizing reference, I normally wear a size 8 in regular shoes and an 8.5 in athletic shoes like Nike and Asics. In Adidas I always take my regular size 8, so that's what I ordered, but they are too big. The 7.5 is not in stock, so I am hoping it'll restock soon, because I think I would really like these sneakers for daily wear. They seem comfortable and exactly I have been wanting in a daily sneaker. If you can try these in store, I suggest doing so. I don't have a Nordy nearby, so that was not an option for me, unfortunately.
I was on a trip to NYC and my casual sneakers I had brought (Cole Haan grandpros from years ago) started rubbing my feet almost immediately. I went to Nordstrom looking for a similar classic casual sneaker and found these Stan Smiths with the mint green accent. They instantly felt like walking on clouds. They run a little big but I went with my usual 7 as I wear in adidas and they're SO comfy! There was zero break-in period. They're such a classic look that go with lots of outfits, I wish I had bought them sooner!
I’m very satisfied with my purchase. My initial purchase had to be sent back because they were to small. I wear size 7.5 in ladies I initially purchased size 5 in men. They were too tight so I returned and ordered size 5.5 in men’s. The fit is perfect, nice clean look! Can’t wait to go somewhere and wear them. I would definitely recommend
