Super lightweight and comfortable. I have a narrow foot so these were perfect for me. Very "Spongy" ride, if that's what you're looking for. Great for treadmill and pavement. Don't know how long this sole will last though....already showing wear. Great shoe...a little too pricey to show wear so quickly!
