Slippers' quality came fine as described. However it would be better if the product comes with a box or any protection during parcel delivery, as it only came with a plastic bag. Delivery packaging can be improved.
Firstly I have ordered 2 pairs and received only one pair. It's been over a week now made 2 phone calls to sort it out and been told to receive an email yesterday for a second pair from 2/08/21 until today still haven't heard anything.Secondly I have ordered 2 pairs as the picture showed above but received a different pairs. I'm still waiting for a confirmation of my second pairs and explaining for first pairs different.
Extremely comfortable with added support but regrettably I had to return them due to being too wide for my narrow feet.

Great looking slides but the sizing is way off. I’m a standard women's size 7.5 and ordered the size 7. These were about 2 sizes too big for my feet. Unfortunately they had to be returned.
