I never received my purchase! Claim has been submitted by Jimmy Jazz with FedEx still with no update and it’s been over 2 weeks! My money gone, no product or no resolution. Never been through this before with any purchase I’ve made before.
I've wanted these shoes for a while now. I was waiting for the right moment though. Every where I looked they were still retail even though they've released months ago. I don't usually shop with DTLR but checked anyway and they had they had a sale going for the pair of shoes I wanted in my size and they were the last pair left. This goes without saying but I bought them instantly. I'll be checking in with DTLR more often now!

I absolutely love the AJ9”Chile red’s”! They are as beautiful as I imagined, and also a comfortable shoe. I love the material that they used on the upper part of the shoe because it gives with the bend of your foot.
PREORDERED 2 pairs!! Emailed them once and they said that it would be another 2-3 weeks to ship, this was already one month after release. I waited the 2-3 weeks and nothing shipped. Another month after that i finally got fed up and canceled the order and got my refund. This is not the first time i had to email to check where my shipment was. Very disappointed because i would only order from here because of the preorders, but shortly after my issue it seems they no longer offer preorders. Guess i'm searching elsewhere
