This was actually the first BCAA I've ever purchased. It was recommended to me by the employee at the supplement store as it has the most BCAA per serving for the price. HOWEVER, he did warn me that they're not the tastiest and it can be an acquired taste which is why I give it 4 stars. The flavour is blue raspberry but it does have a different kind of aftertaste. Chemically Taste + Artificial colors. Blech.

I got this because the Sierra BCAA's were discontinued. I didn't catch that this was artificially colored and flavored. And boy do they taste it! Yet says "clean for athletes" on the front, meaning only that it passes a "banned substance" test. I have a higher bar. Has a clingy, chemically aftertaste like strong cherry cough syrup (yes, this was watermelon flavor). Bummer, wish I liked it since I got two hoping to be set for a while. I will return the 2nd one!

Wouldn’t take this one if I’m doing any exercise that involves jumping:) it makes my stomach do embarrassing sounds:)Although it works as an energy drink for me, helps with recovery. I’ve been taking it on the worse days, when I didn’t sleep enough or it seemed to me that I don’t have enough energy.The taste of pineapple mango is the one that people buy most often, and I can admit that the taste is good for a workout supplement. Love it so far, but would use it only for weight training and for making workouts harder and longer.

BCAA important not only for sportspeople and fitness, but also a lot of benefits. My husband use amino for recovery after workout and me like support diet. Quality Allmax is good like always and package size just nice 315g is for long use, ingredients is good clear aminos. I prefer taste of fruit punch more easy to drink. Endurance 🫶🏻

The quality is premium. I order the sweet tea flavor because it is neutral taste. Indeed is very tasty if you make a drink with sparkle water. I make a delicious shake by use herbal lukewarm tea . The amino acids that contains are better than proteins because the human digestive system absorbs them imadiately and so you can see improvement to every performance .
