The results1. No breakouts, no irritated skin2. The amount of sebum and whiteheads it took out of my skin was AMAZING!! Better and much gentler than a pore strip3. After two or three days, my skin was much less oily throughout the day4. My skin has never been cleaner or clearer. Just washing w/face wash alone would leave my T zone oily and pores clogged. Now, my skin is clearer and pores are much smaller! I couldn't be happier and so glad I finally caved to the adsCons: only con is that this is a little drying for my skin. Partly because of this oil cleanser and partly because it's winter in New England. I will need to find a more hydrating moisturizer

I did notice my pores appearing more clear, but I won't risk the repeated allergic reaction.

I use this oil for my double cleansing nightly, and ohhh boy I never realized how congested my pores were til I started using this stuff. I have combination skin (as does my partner who occasionally uses this too) and everytime I use it I can feel and see the sebaceous filaments popping out onto my hand and it's soo satisfying. I will say I've noticed it can be a gradual process. Not everything comes loose first time. But after consistently using it nightly more and more sebum and dirt comes loose from my pores!It has a nice lightweight scent that's very natural and purifying. I've found using the oil ON DRY SKIN (this part is important!! It's useless on damp skin!), for 2 minutes, and then wetting my hands and emulsifying for another minute and a half before rinsing and following up with water based cleanser has been the most effective!

I was sceptical about this product as I had seen many reviews about this cleanser causing breakouts. I have acne prone and very oily skin, I’ve had some form of acne for about 10 years now since I was 17. I wanted to write a review to help those that might be concerned as I was.I use this product as part of my double cleanse in the evening. I believe the trick to avoid breakouts is to ensure you are removing all remnants of the oil cleanser off of your skin with a water based cleanser afterwards. I use the oil cleanser first and really massage it into my skin and then I use the carbon theory cleansing bar and do the same to ensure all the oil has been removed. My favourite cleanser, ever!

I’ve always struggled with finding a cleanser for my skin. I have dry to combination skin with blackheads and whiteheads that’s sensitive and acne prone, and so finding a cleanser has been tricky but I knew from first use the Anua oil cleanser was perfect. It removed some of my blackheads with just the first use but didn’t dry out my skin, instead it felt soft and very smooth. I’m noticing more blackheads coming out with each use and I’m so happy with this cleanser, usually cleansers burn my skin a little but with this anua oil cleanser, it smells fragrant but never leaves my skin with a stinging feeling. It’s perfect and I’ll one hundred prevent be buying it again, it goes great with the anua foam cleanser too.
