As you can see from the video, the display quality is amazing. This IPad was bought during the time our world shut down. We needed something easy for our special needs daughter to log on to her classroom so she could see her teachers and friends. Now graduated. She uses it for games, pictures, and movies. The battery life is spot on and will last all day. Its quick performance helps with going from one app to another. Storage for photos is outstanding. We have deleted 10,000 photos from this iPad, just so she can start again.

A Really Good Value!

This 12.9 inch iPad Pro 2nd Generation is well made by Apple and was available in a couple different configurations here as refurbished. This top configuration was closely priced to the less equipped units, so that it made sense to order this one. Always get as much Ram as you can afford, out makes a difference.It's refurbished designation was ' Like New'. Looking closer at the definitions there was a 'Premium' defined (but none in stock), but Like New is pretty darn good. There were a couple small scratches on the screen that were a little more predominant then described, but nothing major and I always put a good screen protector on my tablets. For this unit it's now topped out at iOS 17.6.x. it will not load iOS 18. Nothing wrong about that since the operating system is design for specific processors and chipset.

Awesome companion device

This iPad has been such a game changer for me. I upgraded from the iPad Air 2 and I am happy I did this. Media consumption is AWESOME, I absolutely love the speakers on this tablet and the 4:3 aspect ratio is perfect for watching older shows, this is something that I highly appreciate and it is a feature I miss on the newer iPad designs. No curves on the display means that no information is cut-off, and I value this a lot. As far as performance with the A10 chip, I have not experienced any major slow-downs. For it's age this tablet still performs very well, I have only experienced some frame drops when scrolling through the UI and gaming for longer periods of time. For battery life, I get around 6 hours on a full charge with about half brightness and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth always on. There are a few things that I don't like: Charging takes pretty long, even with the faster plug. The Apple Pencil charging method is silly. Lightning port. I do recognise that the last two issues have been resolved with the newer models and I am happy for this. Overall, this product has exceeded my expectations and is one of my favourite purchases of this year. If you can find a good deal on this, get it!

Buy new, not refurbished.

Bought this bundle for my daughter's birthday. It only came with 90 day warranty. Well the motherboard fried 6 months after purchase. Tech said it was defective. All else inside the iPad was in prestine condition, no signs of any type of damage, and the iPad still looked new. Unfortunately I cannot return it due to the 90 day warranty and the motherboard is worth as much as I paid for the iPad. So here I am stuck with a useless iPad. Waste of money. Buy new, save yourself the hassle.

Cracked iPad screen - seller is unreachable!!

Received iPad with cracked screen. Been trying to contact seller to return for around a month now. They asked for pics of damage and packaging plus the serial number of the item. I sent them everything. A week later they replied that they couldn't open the pics so I resent. Over a week now and no response. I tried calling the contact number but no one answers, it's just a message that says to contact them from Walmart web site. I filled out the return request like 3-5 times already. I never left a negative review before but getting very frustrated as this is to be a Christmas present and Christmas is just a week away now. Defective

I loved it. The picture quality is wonderful. It was fast getting where I needed to go but then it started turning off on me and just before it went black it would go bright orange read the whole screen scared me a little bit and then it was hard to push the home button and turn it on or nothing would happen it, so it’s just getting worse and worse so I just sent it back,.When I called Customer Service they said oh that’s fine. You could get another one without any problem well that’s not true because now the price is not the same and I told him that’s what I was worried about this and now don’t worry about you get the same price no can’t do it . So I’m very disappointed in Walmart for that Customer Service should say things they don’t that they can’t keep.

Disappointed

I bought a refurbished iPad Pro bundle. The ear buds are advertised as iPods. They are not. They are dark blue and called USA essentials. Nothing iPod but the shape. The case is a ridiculously thin plastic piece. The iPad Pro seems to be legit and so far works very well and is a very pretty rose gold color. Don’t be fooled by Walmart’s false advertising. The charger and cord are also not rapid chargers. It took 6 hours to get the iPad Pro to get to 50% power.

Great refurbished iPad Pro 10.5

Ordered one these refurbished iPad Pro 10.5 on June 27 2022 and received on July 1 2022. Shipping was fast and came in a few days earlier than expected. Upon arrival the iPad needed to be charged, the included charger worked fine. I was very surprised to see the unit I received had a perfect screen with no scratches. The back of iPad’s aluminum body was also in near perfect condition. However 3 out of the 4 front corners and the power button did have some small gouges into the metal (see photos for details). I purchased a case for this iPad and the case covered the corners so that didn’t bother me much. After the iPad was fully charged I connected it to my MacBook and used a program called coconutbattery to inspect the battery health of the iPad. The program showed the battery had degraded to 75% max capacity, I was hoping for over 80% but for an iPad that’s 4 years old I wasn’t disappointed. I can easily get a full days use and still end the day with 20% battery. I was happy to see the iPad I received also didn’t suffer the white spot screen issue this generation of iPad Pros had. After using one of these refurbished iPads for over a month I have not had any issues and would highly recommend one of these units to anyone looking for an inexpensive iPad Pro.

What I received was a 10.5 inch iPad AIR gen 3 which is a 2019 model and has the A12 chip but does not have the 120hz refresh rate rather a 60hz, as well as it only has 2 speakers. I mainly purchased this for art and some gaming so for those purposes I resigned to keep this wrong one as it is basically an upgrade on the chip with a downgrade on the display refresh rate so for the most part comparable and since it is 2 years newer it will receive updates for longer than my intended purchase would. Should “Open Box” items have what it usually has?

This item was only $299 because it was an open box return. There’s not supposed to be anything wrong with it, and it should have all the accessories that come with an iPad Pro. I just received the iPad Pro, but haven’t turned it on yet, because the battery was dead. When you bundle items, you need to state if the items included are, or are not, Apple products. I was led to believe they were Apple products, and included the accessories that go with the iPad Pro. The only Apple product I received was the iPad Pro, and possibly the cord. The fast charger is an off brand made in Vietnam, and after 15 minutes of use became very hot. I had to unplug it. The airPods are called “InPods”, and were made in China. They are not Apple!
