How anyone could actually ship such a DEFECTIVE device to another person is really mind blowing to me. Like really? The battery life is non-existent. When I received it, I tried turning it on and saw the battery was dead, saw I plugged it in to charge. Less than 2 seconds later, it was at 99%. I laughed out so loud at the absolute ridiculousness of it. Then I decide to even observe and see what happens next. The gymnastics that this device’s battery has been doing since then is worthy of having it’s own movie. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Sheesh! This one’s going back FAST!

I received my tablet as a gift many years ago and it still works great. It has a 9.7 inch screen and 128 gb’s. It has 10 hours of battery life and the operating system is IOS. I’m not tech savvy but found it extremely easy to use. I really enjoy using it when I want to FaceTime with family members because of the screen size. The same goes for when I view photos. I was worried when I received it that I would have difficulty using it but instead found it very easy to navigate. I have enjoyed using it and even after all these years it still works great.

Very satisfied with the purchased of this refurbished Apple iPad 9.7" 32GB 2017 model. I bought this for my teen daughter for Christmas and she was thrilled with it. When it arrived I opened it to inspect it before Christmas. It had a 60% charge on it so I didn't have to do anything other than wrap it. Two of the tiniest scratches on the back you almost need a magnifying glass to see which doesn't really matter because who doesn't put a cover on it. I also verified it was the exact model in the listing and it was. Now that she has had a good chance to use it all is well. It works perfectly and she already updated it to the latest iOS. I initially was reluctant to buy a refurbished model but glad I did because of the savings over a new one. That's the only one that matters. It takes some work to figure it out so I know what I am ordering. It is not enough and more confusing to decipher which one it is! Listings can say (newest model) and be a 2017 or 2018 and some listings are so vague I just gave up on them. I finally searched iPad and found a Wikipedia page that had all the model numbers and other important info in several charts (thank you Wikipedia!). Apple didn't even have a page for that. Amazon, please make it a requirement to include the model number that APPLE USES in all listings! Don't make us work so hard to figure it out. Just look at comments and you will see others trying to find out which model is the listing too.

This is a multi use device for me- it replaced my recently deceased Mac book air and regular iPad. I have it on the Mac keyboard most of the time for use as a laptop and when I need it for illustrating or lettering projects I will unsnap it from the keyboard and use it in its own. The battery life is great and it charges so much more quickly than my old iPad. It’s super fast and has seamlessly replaced my laptop. The keyboard is not quite as ergonomic as the keyboard on my laptop, but that is not a dealbreaker for me. Love this thing!
I could not live without my iPad. I am on it all day long, probably about 11 hrs a day, 7 days a week. It helps me keep distracted so I'm not focused on my chronic pain. I love the app selection in the app store. I love the system and how I can do multiple things at once like have Netflix plating and minimized in the corner while playing another game or browsing the web. This is my second iPad, my first one lasted me well over 5 years. I will definitely get me another one after this one gives out. This iPad is over 5 years old and is holding strong. I highly recommend an iPad for someone wanting a long lasting tablet that is able to multitask.
All 3 of my kids have iPads. They really enjoy playing games and stuff on them. I would advise anybody looking to get one to make sure you get a high gigabyte. That’s the only thing I would recommend. The one in the pic is my youngest and it’s only a .64 gig. And it’s always saying he doesn’t have enough storage to get a another game. We have to alway delete apps to get a new one. Other than that I think they are great and always getting better.
This iPad does pretty good for what I need to do. I originally purchased to do online bachelor’s degree, but I mostly browse the internet and play games on it. I really don’t know how to use all the features on it just yet. It has been fairly quick, and does not take a long time to load pages. I have not had any problems with security. The size is perfect for on the go. I would throw it in my work bag and take it with me to do some school work if I had down time. I bought this one through Best Buy, which had a package deal at the time. If you buy the iPad, you get the attachable keyboard case for $50 (which is originally $120 at the time). I really love the attached keyboard. It is much easier to type on than henpecking on the screen. It protects the tablet well ... MoreThis iPad does pretty good for what I need to do. It is much easier to type on than henpecking on the screen. It protects the tablet well also. The iPad connected with my printer without any problems at all. I have the one that is Wifi only. Of course the only drawback is the expense of the tablet. I would love to get a 10- 12 inch iPad, but I just cannot see the necessity of spending that much money on a bigger screen when there is nothing wrong with this one. Because I am a tight wad like that. Besides, for a few hundred dollars more, you can just buy an Apple laptop. I recommend this one but if you can afford a bigger one, you won’t regret it.
Christmas gift for my daughter. A month after she opened it, it wouldn't charge right. Company didn't help. Now it's 6 months later and it barely turns on. Do not purchase a refurbished one. I learned a very expensive lesson. This kept my daughter entertained during all her medical treatments and through all her pains and to do her homeschooling program. Now she has nothing, over $200 worth of nothing
I ordered a 2016 iPad Pro from this seller. This was supposed to be a gift, but now I have to return it. It was not in “like new” condition as was stated. There were dings and scratches on the back. Additionally the packaging was poor. Who sends an iPad in a padded envelope? Also, the iPad battery was defective. It overheated and turned off on its own. Plus within one Seconds minute the battery went from 97 to 90.
They gave me a faulty iPAD and won't take it back. If you buy something you need to give them the shipping cost for the return. I asked for full refund but no response for weeks. Then I wanted to return it with a loss but their return page says the item is ineligible for return even though the return window was open. Make no mistake - they will always send you defective items so your entire money will likely be wasted. I know it was a high risk purchase but never thought these people had the intention to steal my money. What a joke!
