Do not buy this item

I bought this item at full price and my phone does not function properly. The mobile data does not function yet my old phone functions perfectly with the same SIM. I have tried to contact customer care multiple times and the store does not send back emails. do not buy

Good price and confidence

I bought an iPhone from Kogan, the price was cheap and I had confidence that I would receive the iPhone as I have purchased an iPhone from Kogan before.It took about a week to arrive, it's in good order and my son is happy with it.

Good value...but

On start up there was a message that non- apple parts were installed and it urged me to take it to an Apple dealer to have this problem remedied. Hardly what I was expecting. After futzing around for a few minutes, I got it working properly, but there is still that warning message lurking under "System" - not what I expected. Makes me wonder how thoroughly the device was tested before shipping A bit annoying, since it was destined for a tech challenged friend.

Great value. Phone is hard to distinguish from brand new. Very nice. Had a screen protector too.

Great easy service

Ordered 2 refurbished iPhone 11s that arrived promptly. Really happy with the service. Only issue we had is that one of the phones has a non-genuine Apple screen and while the phone appears to work ok, there is a constant message in ‘Settings’ stating that the part is non-genuine. Apart from that can not fault Kogan.

Great phone. Came with good quality and condition. I have had no problems with it thus far; though I have only had it for a week.

Silent button doesn’t work??

Overall the phone is good but for some reason the silent mode button doesn’t work. If I want to put my phone to not ‘ping’ every two seconds I just have to put it on ‘do not disturb’ which is annoying.

iPhone 11

My phone arrived promptly, this is the 2nd refurbished iPhone I have bought from Kogan, both times the phones have been in excellent condition, no marks or scratches to be seen, you could easily believe they were brand new 😊
