My used between the 12 Pro and the 11 Pro is not any different. I would definitely recommend the 11 Pro compared to the 12 Pro personally because of a number of other issues I’ve had with the 12 pro which I can discuss in greater detail in a separate review but generally I would say the 11 Pro is far superior to the 12 pro and I am confused as to why it was discontinued.

Ok. This phone is not the worst phone but it is extremely sensitive and apparently weaker. I havd had the phone for roughly a couple months before the volume on the inside of the phone broke. So now i cant hear videos on speaker, cant talk otp on speaker unless connected to a car system, and overall the volume is just completely low unless i have headphones. This problem occurred within the first three months of me owning the phone. And i didnt drop it. Second problem occurred you can technically say my fault but occurred when i received a cracked screen after the phone slid off a plastic bag of clothes so close to the ground any other phone could not have cracked. Overall the phone seems weaker and more faulty than other apple products

Definitely not grade B phones more like F
16 April 2023

One star is even too much for this review. I’m completely disappointed it’s advertised as B quality and 3 out of my 4 iPhone 11 Pros I purchased look horrible more like F quality. One has deep scratches or it’s a crack and a few chips in it. One the screen is scratched up bad. The last the screen looks like it was dragged through a parking lot face down it’s so badly scratched up. The picture show the poor quality. At almost 400 dollars each I’m dissatisfied completely I could have bought a better quality one off Facebook. I contacted seller so if I don’t get a response I’m escalating this issue with my bank. I live in ny and might have to drive to their store to resolve this. I don’t want my money I want better quality phones that’s what I paid for and it’s not ... MoreOne star is even too much for this review. Excellent Condition!
24 January 2023

I chose excellent condition! No marks or scratches, looked brand new so happy about the outer appearance. Shipping came quick, was updated along the way and packaging was secured. Overall I love it! The only thing i would say- for a excellent condition phone my battery capacity was at 82% not so bad for some just found it strange it being close to 70%. But the phone works fine. The sound of the phone when I play videos is low quality. That is my only issue- my old phone sounds better then this one. But I paid for a refurbished so I got one! Overall I would buy again since this was a trusth worthy purchase.

Good phone with one issue
27 May 2023

I bought this phone about 3 weeks ago. I have not seen any issues so far, other than that one of the back cameras is a little bit messed up because when I try to take a video, the quality is slightly poor. However, when I zoom in to 1.5 and higher, it improves significantly. Other than that, the phone works well. The battery health is 87%, which is extremely good. I am able to use this phone for a day or a day and a half depending on my phone usage. Face ID works as well as the whole screen. There are no dead spots on the screen.I would recommend buying this phone to anybody who doesn't mind poor back camera quality when taking a video because other than that downside, the phone is very good.

Network Issues only on this phone.
23 December 2022

I bought this phone because I wanted the latest 4g iphone before the 5g iphones took over. I thought it would last a long time like most iphones and i wouldnt need a new phone until carriers would switch to only 5g. Anyways, this phone gets the worst service and has the worst call reception. I've called Verizon about network issues and they've tried pretty mush all their tricks. One rep told me that mostly Iphone 11 users have this netwrok issue and it's like unfixable. I don't recommend this phone. If you want a 4g phone, go with any iphone made before this one. I had a XR before this, and a SE before that and a 4 before that. 11pro should've been the best but it isn't.

Take My Money

I bought this phone about 2 weeks ago. Let me just say it's in really good condition. It does have a few scratches around the corners of the phone, and tiny scratches on the screen, but nothing that is terribly noticeable. The camera's work and look amazing. The speakers work well, and I can hear crystal clear when on the phone with someone. All the buttons work, I can't find a big flaw that would alter my rating in anyway. I would suggest for someone who isn't looking for mint condition phones to get this. I had an Iphone X and finally convinced myself to upgrade, I couldn't be more happier. With the price as well.....yeah it's a 5 star! (Not to mention the battery last 8 hours from 8a-4p of me working and when I get home last me all day of scrolling on tiktok ... MoreI bought this phone about 2 weeks ago. Worst Experience Ever

If I could give 0 stars I would. The first phone they sent me was defective, it overheated. Then the company replaced it and sent me an iPhone 11 pro max, but that phone was also defective. this time it was the screen and GPU, the iPhone was lagging on SUBWAY SURFERS. Then they replaced the screen on that phone, but that did not solve my problem. I contacted them again, which is a very time-consuming thing to do because you have to basically spam a couple of times for them to respond, one time they didn't respond for 5 business days. Finally, they sent me another replacement phone, but when I went to pick this one up, the store would not give it to me because this Device Care company didn't communicate with them properly so I had to drive back, wasting a ton of fuel ... MoreIf I could give 0 stars I would. When I tried to contact them afterward about this they sent me an email saying: please do not contact us.., Then I had to call them without my caller id so they would call me, After a week or so, of dealing with that I finally received my replacement, which is now my current iPhone, but it is still defective and has screen lag. I do not have the time and energy to contact this unresponsive company again so I am just dealing with the fact that I can't play even 50-megabyte games on my iPhone. I would really suggest not giving your business to this company.

Would definitely buy again!

I ordered an unlocked iPhone 11 Pro in black with 512 GB to replace my old iPhone XS, and I got exactly what I ordered. This is the smaller one, not the Max, and I can't tell any perceptible difference in size compared to my XS when I'm holding it. I googled directions for transferring the data from my old phone, and it was pretty straightforward to do in an afternoon. I don't have a way to measure the battery life, but it's noticeably better than my old phone (to be fair, my old phone was old and likely needed a new battery). No visible damage, except for some very slight and nearly unnoticeable scratch marks on the screen. Not sure if this is the norm or if I got lucky, but I'm really happy! It also came with a charging cord, but not the plug-in adapter. No visible damage, except for some very slight and nearly unnoticeable scratch marks on the screen. Not sure if this is the norm or if I got lucky, but I'm really happy! It also came with a charging cord, but not the plug-in adapter. My old XS had the 3D touch screen which I really liked, and which Apple discontinued on later models due to cost. It eventually started to malfunction and ghost-press - a known issue with the X models - which is why I needed to buy a new phone, but it doesn't take long to get used to hovering a bit longer, rather than hard pressing. The XS had two cameras (regular and 2X zoom), where newer models with two cameras have regular and extra-wide. I really liked the zoom feature (it also pixelates way less when taking pictures of a computer screen), so bought the Pro model because it also has a 2X zoom in addition to the regular and extra-wide. I chose the 11 model due to a balance of cost vs features - I wanted a 14 Pro, but it was going to cost $1,800 (with AppleCare, which I don't need now but would want for a really expensive new phone). This 11 Pro cost $545 including taxes and $10 for faster shipping (ordered on 10-27-22), and for what I use it for, I didn't know if a 12 or 13 would do enough more than the 11 to justify the extra cost. New phones have gotten so expensive, and I'm so thankful to be able to buy a good used phone that does what I need for an affordable price. So to sum it up, I'm very pleased with this phone, it was advertised honestly, delivery was on time, and I have zero complaints.
