My IPhone 12 was delivered and I was pleasantly surprised by the item. I ordered a good instead of excellent in hopes the difference would not be an issue. It was absolutely flawless in my opinion. The truth will rely on the performance. I had my local ATT tech check it out for me. He said it appeared to be in good working order. Thank you Backmarket for a great transaction.

I highly recommend Back Market. So far, there has been no problem at all with the IPhone 12 that i bought. It looked like a brand new phone. I did not find a scratch on it and it was immaculate. I was kept informed from the very beginning of placing the order on the status and shipment of the phone. If I ever need to order another refurbished phone, I will certainly contact Back Market.

The phone was rattling around in the box with a rolled-up charging wire. The screen was protected with film but the rest of the phone was not protected. The phone arrived in secure packaging and it is in better condition than advertised! Great price for such an awesome phone. I have used the iPhone 12 since it came out and I bought this iPhone 12 256gb to upgrade storage. I would definitely recommend BackMarket and especially Cellphone Depot when considering the purchase of a refurbished phone.
I m really happy with my new iPhone 12. I got the purple one because it s my favorite color. The price was perfect and as of right now, I m not having any problems with my refurbished phone. It works way better than my 12 that I recently had. My birthday present to myself. I m a happy customer and will be ordering my daughter s phone in 2 weeks for her birthday. First of all, refurbish service is not by Apple.Secondly, the refurbish service company left their catalog in the box, we found that the price of the phone is high level, but the quality is poor level. In the supplier website, the phone should only very minor scratches. The iPhone I received has scratches on the camera and next by paint was peel off. The customer service said as this is a refurbished, I have to accept it! I cannot understand why I pay higher price and I have to accept the poor quality. Especially the supplier put the grade guide in their website to let me know what I expected.
I was super hesitant since it is pre-owned and I read some not so good reviews as well. But the Iphone 12 I got was great. It does have some minor scratches on the side of the phone which is fine with me because again, it’s preowned. But the overall function of the phone is in great condition, just like new. Camera is clear, battery life is good as well, I can last a whole day without charging even when I use my phone a lot. It charges fast as well. The phone comes with a pin removing tool and a non apple lightning charger. Overall, very pleased with this purchase
Replaced my wife's iPhone 7+. Looks great with no noticeable wear. Easily transferred everything from the 7+. Swapped in the Sim card and we're off and running. We wife reports that it seem much faster than her old phone. Apple goodness at a reasonable price.

Received in perfect condition. it comes with a cable, NOT including charger cube. it comes with a sim eject tool as well.phone looks good I noticed the paint around the camera is peeling but it's hard to notice, it just looks like dust.audio is great, screen is great, works fast, set up is very easy. camera is perfect.I received mine with a battery health of 84%.
