My husband and I bought this phone together when it was launched 3 years ago. So we have two of these in different colours. It was awesome until these latest updates. The picture quality is amazing The user interface is great Camera is too good with different features The apps are all nice and great features from apple The sound quality is also top notch Battery backup was good All in all i love this phone of mine. Recently the battery has started degrading Sometimes it hangs on few apps and exits abruptly Phone App Search has started taking a lot more time than before

I’ll always be an apple user so this review is already biased in a way. To start off with, this phone is beautiful, from its frosted back to the metallic frame. It’s simple but has a classy touch to it. I’d say the only downside are the small bezels on the screen and the awkwardly placed notch at the top of the screen. iPhones have always been user friendly and this remains the same on this phone, straight forward no hassle. With this phone we got the same usual accessories, lightning cable, EarPods, instruction manual (and the classic stickers). However this time we got an upgrade on the charging brick, this new up to date version allows the phone to charge faster in comparison to its predecessor, which comes in handy if you need to charge your phone fast before going somewhere or doing something. I could easily write more in this review but it’s getting a bit lengthy as it is, I will include some photos taken on this phone to show just how phenomenal the camera quality really is.

A better value than new!

Just got it today, so it may be premature to say this, but I am loving it already. An excellent rose gold ring in perfect condition! The item works great with no scratches or blemishes! As I'm writing this review, the computer looks BRAND NEW. I replaced the SIM card in my old iPhone with the SIM card from this phone, but it was still locked to AT&T. Everything was backed up to iCloud before I removed the sim card. Thank you for letting me do that! My old phone automatically transferred my old photos and apps to my new phone without a hitch. You did an amazing job! In my previous reviews, I noted that the battery had only been charged 10% and that the charger was not a reputable brand. FANTASTIC . I don’t know where to start .

First of all let’s talk about how quick the phone got here . ( 3 days ) then when it did arrive , it already had a screen protector , charging cable and block , and it was almost fully charged . It has literally 2 small scratches on the screen but I don’t care . Back of the phone is beautiful , camera lenses are perfect . I had a straight talk iPhone 12 and this 11 pro max phone was a unlocked Verizon phone . I was able to pop my old SIM card In here and it worked . Didn’t even have to activate it , it worked immediately and I was able to make phone calls right away . I backed up my iPhone so I got all my data on this new phone . Just Terrible preowned x2

I have bought pre owned iphones for my parents a few years ago and they worked perfect. Well just within the last few weeks I purchased an iphone 8 preowned and and ear piece had terrible sound like tje persons was under water speaking to me. So I went back to best buy to exchange and tje 2nd one was even worse. The volume control did not function properly so you could not raise the volume. They asked me if i would like to exchange for another pre owned iphone. I said no thanks. 2 strikes your out!

Bought a 128gb for my dad in his early 70’s (Christmas) & a 256gb for myself & we are both thoroughly satisfied with our new phones.Replaced my dads XR & my 8plus with the former becoming something of an annoyance in the lead up to Christmas. Top tier

So I did a bunch of research going into this phone. It was for my mom so I wanted to get her the best quality phone. Something that wasn't refurbished just cause it sounds recycled and i cant guarantee best quality. I'm extremely anal especially when it comes to phones. As soon as I opened up the box I inspected. Phone came with built in screen protector not expected but i don't mind it. Camera in perfect condition not a single scratch and overall looks like top tier quality. Battery is pretty solid does well compared to my own S21 Ultra. One year warranty so hopefully it holds up I'll update if anything

User experience bliss

Great phone. Just works. Don’t bother with Android! Had a Pixel 6 + best way to describe the change is like living in pain to now not. Magic! Everything on Google’s own Phone running Google’s own operating system was a chore to use. Customer experience was woeful to boot. When a power adapter stopped working, to convey that took nearly 2x hours, then they would not replace it but rather I had to buy a new one then they would reimburse me. Ridiculous

Worth it if Upgrading from an Old Model

My old phone was an iPhone 6s Plus, so whatever new phone I purchased would be a considerable upgrade. The new iPhone 14 Pro did not disappoint! I am thrilled with the quality of materials used and the overall design, making for the perfect upgrade - and what an improvement it is over my old phone. I am a hobby photographer so I was looking for a good camera in my new phone. I love the triple camera system with a 48MP main camera that can take photos and videos in ProRaw. I also like the additional telephoto and ultra wide lenses, although I use these less often. The dynamic island is also a welcome improvement over the big notch that featured on older models. iPhone 11 Pro Max has more value for your dollar than the iPhone 12 right now!!!!

The iPhone 11 Pro Max is a superb value on the secondary market right now. Finding a good used unit isn't that hard at a decent price. It is far more value to price than the 12 Pro generation right now and is more than advanced enough in terms of camera, screen and sound to as effective as the 12's. 5g connectivity is definitely not present, but is that really a factor right now when 5g coverage is almost non existent? The phone is solid and heavy. The rounded edges are actually preferable to me in contrast to the sharp and hard edges of the 12's. While the 12 looks great with it's throw back look, it is hard on the hands with it's edges and weight.
