My husband and I bought this phone together when it was launched 3 years ago. So we have two of these in different colours. It was awesome until these latest updates. The picture quality is amazing The user interface is great Camera is too good with different features The apps are all nice and great features from apple The sound quality is also top notch Battery backup was good All in all i love this phone of mine. Recently the battery has started degrading Sometimes it hangs on few apps and exits abruptly Phone App Search has started taking a lot more time than before

A better value than new!

It just came in today and this may be premature, but I am so in love with it! A perfect rose gold ring in excellent condition! Nothing is scratched or blemished and it works great! I'm currently using it to write this review, and it looks BRAND NEW! The phone is locked to AT&T but I only had to take the SIM card out of my old iPhone and put it into this phone. Prior to taking out the sim, I backed everything up to iCloud. I'm glad I did so! After starting my new phone without any problem, all the photos and apps I had on my old phone were here. It looks amazing! However, as I noted in earlier reviews, the battery had only been charged to 10% and the charger was not a reputable brand. Basically bought a new phone!!

This phone is amazing and more than I could ask for. I was nervous about buying a pre-owned device but plugtech did not let me down. The phone has no flaws and runs like its brand new. This is coming from me about 3 months in and I can say all this with confidence. Also the charge works great as well!! I love my purchase and experience so much that I am going to start purchasing all my devices with them for now on!!

Not bad but…

Camera & battery life is disappointing, my 4yr old iPhone XS Max camera was great, I was expecting the 14 Pro to be miles ahead but it isn’t. The 0.5x zoom is nice, especially for video but overall I was expecting far more. The Island feature is okay, not worth the hype. Overall the phone is great for how I use it & I really love the IOS but given it’s 4 years newer than my previous phone l feel it’s simply not worth upgrading. If my old phone hadn’t been damaged I would have kept it

Overall excellent

Bought a 128gb for my dad in his early 70’s (Christmas) & a 256gb for myself & we are both thoroughly satisfied with our new phones. Replaced my dads XR & my 8plus with the former becoming something of an annoyance in the lead up to Christmas. My 8plus has been used since April 2018 with a waterproof case. Superb camera & screen upgrades, the low light photography in a dimmed room with the blinds drawn late afternoon is like looking in the room with your own eyes & the 15x digital zoom out in nature on a sunny day is very flash but maybe not as good as Samsungs flagship’s. Coming from the old home button tap to wake & Face ID are wonderful & the latter mostly reliable (passcode still used maybe 1/20 times). Not an Apple fanboy but buy yourself a decent waterproof case & you can expect a Pro model phone to last at least 5 years. With most upgrades now becoming iterative year after year better off holding on to them for longer especially when Apple provides a minimum of 5 years software support.

User experience bliss

Great phone. Just works. Don’t bother with Android! Had a Pixel 6 + best way to describe the change is like living in pain to now not. Magic! Everything on Google’s own Phone running Google’s own operating system was a chore to use. Customer experience was woeful to boot. When a power adapter stopped working, to convey that took nearly 2x hours, then they would not replace it but rather I had to buy a new one then they would reimburse me. Ridiculous

Worth it if Upgrading from an Old Model

My old phone was an iPhone 6s Plus, so whatever new phone I purchased would be a considerable upgrade. The new iPhone 14 Pro did not disappoint! I am thrilled with the quality of materials used and the overall design, making for the perfect upgrade - and what an improvement it is over my old phone. I am a hobby photographer so I was looking for a good camera in my new phone. I love the triple camera system with a 48MP main camera that can take photos and videos in ProRaw. I also like the additional telephoto and ultra wide lenses, although I use these less often. The dynamic island is also a welcome improvement over the big notch that featured on older models. I've had the iPhone 14 Pro for a few weeks now and I'm really impressed. The camera is absolutely amazing, with an incredible range of features that let you capture any moment. The battery life is great too, lasting much longer than my previous phone. The design is sleek and modern, with a beautiful display that's perfect for watching movies or playing games. Overall, the iPhone 14 Pro has been an excellent choice for me. Highly recommended!

iPhone 14 Black JB HI FI PURCHASE February 2023.

iPhone 14 Black (Regular) loving the phone. Had a few issues downloading from iCloud because of my VPN. Make sure your VPN is turned off via the app when transferring data otherwise you have to do each app separately. Had these issues resolved by iPhone the next day I store. Its wonderful having a phone where the battery lasts for more than a day. The sound on this phone is great. The screen adjusts itself when outside in the sun so that I can see what your looking at, my iPhone 6 did not do this.

Absolutely love the phone beautiful screen lasting battery wonderful camera easy to use. Siri picks up more than other iPhones in my own personal opinion, this phone was absolutely worth the amount of money I had spent. Apple definitely stepped their game with this phone also. If you have big hands this or the 14 pro max is good for that. definitely Recommend to anyone wanting to buy the 14 series iPhones. Also Noel leeming always has amazing deals and super fast delivery 5 stars!
