You'd think such an expensive phone the battery life would last for at least a whole day right? I enjoy taking photography, editing and filming videos, and scrolling through social media with my phone. Upgrading from an iPhone 7 to the 13 pro was a huge jump for me because of the amazing quality of the camera. Obviously, there are other phones with better cameras out there such as the sony Xperia which allowed me to snap more lifelike photos. I do love the stability apple phones have and the ability for iPhones to connect to other apple products is a huge plus.

Being an avid iPhone user, this is a pretty solid product. The iPhone 13 pro does all of the necessary commands of iPhones past but also offers some cool new features to satisfy any iOS user. The most notable for me is the bigger screen and the camera. The camera offers three lenses and zeros in on the smallest details making travel, family and food photos at the highest quality. The macro video and light options make shooting videos a breeze and great for social media content. Worth the investment ❤️. #techie #photography

11 Pro to 13 Pro upgrade

Overall happy with my upgrade from an iPhone 11 Pro, to the iPhone 13 Pro. Not massive changes in regards to the update, but the battery life, camera performance/features, ProMotion and larger screen size (compared to the iPhone 11 Pro) have all made it an enjoyable/worthwhile upgrade.While I probably would've waited another iPhone generation to upgrade had I needed to pay retail/full price, the carrier promotions significantly reduced the upgrade price with trade-in, which made this an easy choice for upgrade. Overall, I would recommend upgrading to this iPhone if you have an available promotion, or if you are more than 2 generations behind and want to enjoy some of the newer iPhone advancements.

Best Apple phone till date after iPhone 5s

This is a great device, especially if you are upgrading from iPhone X. Camera is amazing, night mode has improved a lot. Square body design is perfect, good grip, reminds me of iPhone 5s.ProMotion is smooth and device feels snappy. Love gaming on this device.The battery is massive and yes i am getting 8+ Hrs on single charge with continuously taking office calls with Teams with video and screen sharing.One more thing, if you are struggling with best buy orders, DO NOT contact their customer care, instead visit the store and you will be surprised how efficiently store guys help you.

Great product very happy

This phone had all (and more) of what I wanted in a phone upgrade. Went from an iPhone 8 Plus to this iPhone 13 Pro Max, same size just more screen display. Have to get use to not having a Home Button, but like the larger memory and faster processor. The phone had 100% battery storage and I could not find any blemishes. Also liked that it came with a 1 year warranty.

I am impressed

I was so skeptical in ordering due to some reviews left on their page but I took the risk but made sure to contact them! The phone came with 94% battery health. no scratches on the screen or the back at all. only scratch was the sides but so minimal. I definitely recommend this specific phone, camera is perfect, works like new and came on time. no regrets. Love it thanks!!

Nice upgrade with great display, camera & battery

I will begin by saying I am one of those people that upgrade annually. If you have an older iPhone like the 7, 8, X, XS then the 13 pro is definitely a significant upgrade. Better cameras, improved battery life and promotion display will be noticeable. If you come from an 11 or 12 series, especially the 12 pro then it's a bit more of an incremental update but I'd say it's still notable. More so coming from an 11 series phone. The promotion display and battery will be noticeable to anyone. The camera if you take a lot of pics will be noticeable but not orders of magnitude better. In other words, you better buy a case and a screen protector IMMEDIATELY if you want this thing to last. Next is the issue with the charger. They don’t give you a base, but they say you can use your old charger. I tried, and my old charger would charge for 30 seconds and disconnect, and charge, and disconnect, and continue this off/on thing without ever having fully charged the device. So— no. I bought this phone mostly for its (supposed) 120Hz refresh rate for a more fluid mobile gaming experience. Unfortunately, apple has made it so only their own apps can utilize this 120Hz, and third party apps are still running at half those speeds, at best. Thanks Apple. You can have your phone back now.

Worst Apple Product I’ve Purchased

1) Doesn’t swipe left. EVER. Brand new $1,000 phone bought TODAY can’t swipe through image carousels. Very buggy. 2) Setup process was uncharacteristically confusing, with grammatical errors in the directions. Took 4 attempts to set up successfully. Older iPhones were a breeze in contrast. 3) Absolute nightmare just trying to buy it! AT&T and Apple will only let you buy/upgrade if your AT&T wireless account isn’t connected to other AT&T services (e.g. internet, TV, land line, etc). It took two days days and two hours at Target to find a workaround: setting up a second, new wireless number, which I will never use and have to cancel in a month! Neither Apple nor AT&T cared to sort out the logistics of this? Are you kidding me?!
