The 14 and 15 pro max may be marginal upgrades but they are FAR from necessary when this exists. It will get the job done fast, be battery is godlike and it has a 120hz display. Personally the smaller notch is a better choice for me than the dynamic island. It has a SIM card as well too which the new phones do not. Realistically you shouldn’t be buying another iPhone besides this one, the phones have peaked and can’t possibly make a change to justify the price vs this which is about $500 now or less. Bought this to replace my 8 after 6 years because I didn't want to buy a brand new one. Overall not a bad buy, but out of the box, the screen brightness changes from very bright to very dull and dark without warning or cause. Annoying, but not the reason for the low rating. I went through every troubleshooting trick I know, then called support at my carrier for help and they couldn't figure out what was wrong either. Told me to take it into a store, so I did. Looked at the internal network antenna, looked at the settings, looked at the eSIM situation. Arrived with broken camera

I purchased an iPhone 13 Pro Max through mobileklink and it arrived with a broken camera. The portrait mode on the camera was stuck in 3X and had black dots all over the camera. When the phone turned on it had a note saying camera was not installed with genuine Apple part or not installed correctly. Mobileklink did not seem to care and other then giving a refund did nothing to try to assure me they care about their customer service. It seems they do not check their products after repairs. I would not get a phone through them. Best buy also did nothing to make it right or back up their third party seller. They just told me refurbished phones could arrive damaged and there is no guarantee it was repaired correctly.

I got this iphone 13 pro max this morning, its a (Refurbished: Good) condition mentioned on the page.I was disappointed when i saw the packaging as i paid almost 600$ for it and the phone was put in an old plastic zip bag and saw a charging cable with it, which was very stiff, so not original or quality cable.Then when tried to turn on the iphone was not turning ON so have zero battery, and then started checking the phone condition which was not close to decent condition (good is far away from decent condition), i have attached the pictures here for these claims.The screen have scratches from the top to bottom not even a millimeter is spared and look bad when light is falling on it. Don’t Buy!!

This phone description stated it was unlocked or it was compatible with straight talk so we bought this for our 16 year old daughter for Christmas. We have YET been able to get it on the straight talk plan we’ve been on for a few years despite calling numerous times and talking to customer service who THEN says “corporate” will have to call us back. “Corporate” still hasn’t called and she still has to use her old phone. My phone really is in excellent condition. Looks brand new, and haven’t had any issues. I’m giving 4 stars because of the lack of transparency regarding the battery life. 88% battery health is apparently considered to be a like new battery to Best Buy standards. It does not state that anywhere in the product description, and when purchasing a refurbished phone, I expect a battery life of >95%. I will say, this seller was very responsive to my complaints and did give me a little discount for the battery. The phone was packaged well, and came with a new apple charger. Overall I’m happy with my purchase and recommend this seller. I would give it 5 stars if the battery information was available.

The battery health was at 100%. Seriously, the only things that made it clear it wasn't brand new was that there was already a screen protector on it and in settings it said the Apple warranty had expired. I've had it two weeks and so far so good. I wanted to buy the Apple refurbished version but it wasn't in stock at the time and good for me because, although that comes with the one year Apple warranty, its $480 more. Thats cool though because I'll pay my Verizon bill with a Wells Fargo Visa card and get cell phone insurance included.
