I'm a size 11 and purchased 10.5.Tried in store, ordered online and delivered within 2 days. Impressive considering they were ordered on a bank holiday.

The came in 2 days!I purchased the Olive Green (Khaki) Colour and they go with almost everything!

These sandals fit beautifully, and are so comfy! Very classy for a light day at the beach and can be dressed up for an evening meal. I love the support around the foot and the flexibility of the sole. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable yet stylish pair of shoes for the summer.

The info for this shoe is incorrect on the site. It explicitly says that it’s not a narrow fit even though the box says it’s a narrow fit. These are definitely narrow fit shoes. I thought I could break them in and they’d eventually get comfortable, but they didn’t since they’re designed for a different foot type entirely. Be careful buying Birkenstock from DSW.

Unfortunately, as many have already said on here I had to return them because they were a narrow fit not regular.I was told by the customer service that if I ordered them again, they will be regular because they come up as regular on the system. After returning and re-ordering three times I have now given up. I was told by the last customer service person that there were some more coming in in August but I would need to phone back to see if they were regular or narrow fit. Lots of people swear by the comfort and quality of Birkenstocks. The quality is definitely very good, the colour great, but , for my feet, they are very uncomfortable. I tried 2 sizes but, alas, the ridged part at the side felt very hard against my toes. I know it has more to do with the shape of my foot than the product, and as I said, many friends find them extremely comfortable. Alas, I had to return them.
have been wearing for a few months now and I love these. I was initially thinking that I would prefer the leather ones and that I wouldn't like these(they are made out of a synthetic rubber material). I was wrong. I actually love these sandals. Comfortable and stylish. they cater to people like me with normal to wide feet better than someone with narrow feet.
For the first time wearing Birkenstock, the shoe was uncomfortable. Once I read the review of the shoes confirmed that for the first time wearing the shoe would be uncomfortable. After a few wears my foot formed to the shoes. They are very comfortable
These are my first ever Birks. So comfy! So happy! I was worried about the with soles getting too dirty to quick, but they clean up beautifully with Mr clean eraser. Form fitting cork supports my high arch!
So... I didn't get the memo that Birkenstocks took a hot minute to break in. The first month and a half that I had these, I hated them and I thought they were so uncomfortable, then one day I was walking in them and it was like I stepped on a magical wad of gum and all of a sudden they were the most comfortable things I'd ever worn in my life. Legit a complete 180 - I don't think I can go back to any other sandals now. I'm spoiled and know what life could be like in Birks.
